Luxury Lodge in Littleton w/ Panoramoic Mountain Views

Are you looking for a luxurious retreat in NH's White Mountains? The Littleton Grand View Lodge offers you an opportunity to stay in an authentic post and beam construction home just 9 minutes from downtown Littleton - yet situated on a mountainside retreat of 10 acres with panoramic views spanning the NH White Mountains to the VT Green Mountains.

The home is a curated with the highest quality furniture from; Restoration Hardware, Pottery Barn, Arhaus and Crate and Barrel as well as a collection of original artwork, memorabilia and antiques. The house is intentionally uncluttered with decorated very thoughtful pieces to make your stay comfortable. One of the central decor pieces is an original 1940's Flexible Flyer four-personToboggan that was originally my father's from Dorchester MA.

The house consists of three bedrooms - two with king beds and the third a bunk room with two sets of bunks. Plus an open loft with a pull-out full sofa bed. The house comfortably sleeps 8 - but can accommodate 10 with approval. There are two full bathrooms - both with spa like finishes and towels and toiletries are provided. High quality mattresses, always with protectors, as well as pillow protectors and a variety of linens to ensure your comfort. We also have a pack and play, booster seat and BPA free plates/cups/utensils for our little guests. Each room has a ceiling fan - and mini split AC for the summer and radiant heat for the winter. There is also an automatic back up generator to ensure you are never without power during your stay.

There is a dining area that abuts a wood burning stove, a living room with new leather sofas to spread out and enjoy the views or watch streaming TV. A relaxing bar area with vintage leather chairs, a Vermont Castings Gas Stove, built in wine fridge as well as a collection of bar glasses to match your favorite drinks.
There is a four season sunroom with wicker camp furniture where you can relax with your morning cup of coffee and enjoy the views.

The kitchen offers a Wolf Gas Stove with four burners, center grill and heating lamps. Everything you'll need in the kitchen - Crate & Barrel glass & serving, Bosch dishwasher, Viking pans, electric griddle, electric kettle, Keurig, Air Fryer, Coffee Maker plus we keep on hand basic cooking spices and needs (such as coffee filters, paper towels, dish soap, etc).

Outside you'll enjoy the panoramic mountain views and INCREDIBLE sunsets. There are six Adirondack chairs and an oversized fire pit that you can enjoy all year round. The neighborhood is situated on top of Walker Hill with views of nearby Moore Reservoir. The roads leading to the house are well maintained and the driveway is flat - so winter guests won't have to worry about dirt roads or steep inclines. When you are at the house you'll feel like you are the only people around - but just 9 minutes to downtown Littleton with great breweries, restaurants, shops and cinema. Best yet- the location; 5 min to Moore Reservoir, 9 min to downtown Littleton, 22 min to Cannon Mountain, Bretton Woods Mountain, Flume Gorge, The Basin.

We are new to VRBO (but have been a Superhost on another site with our Cape Cod property for over 5 years now so we are not new to hosting). The house itself has never been rented before so we are looking for guests who will respect our home as if it were their own. Note; our cleaning staff requires one day between rentals to accommodate a house re-set. We are so excited to share our home with you and we hope you find it as magical as we do.
