Beautiful gated condo community in Scottsdale Ranch. 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and two large covered patios overlooking the pool. Prime location on 2nd floor with views. Nice quiet community with so much to offer. Enjoy the wonderful lifestyle at the Racquet Club....fitness center, 9 lighted tennis courts, 5 pools, 6 spas, walking paths and so much more. Master bedroom has king size bed with walk-in closet and ensuite. Second bedroom has twin beds. Condo is fully furnished with built-in dishwasher, washer/dryer and 2 large flat screen TV's. Recently updated with new windows, window coverings, lights and fresh paint. Tennis available at no additional cost. Tennis pro and activities director on site. Close to many golf courses, shopping, restaurants, Arizona Diamondbacks Training Facility, Barrett Jackson Auto Show, walking paths, hiking trails and more. 15 min from Phoenix Sky Harbour airport.

Great location and all the necessities

Nice property with well kept landsca;ing, pool access and covered parking. Condo had all the things we needed for our month stay. Although a little worn, everything was functional and worked perfectly. Regular updates from the owner were also greatly appreciated. Location was very convenient to everywhere we wanted to go and close to shopping and othernecessities..

Dance couple

A couple of pans had grease on the bottoms, otherwise the place was spotless. There's more than ample cookware. It is very well appointed except the couch is ripping. I assume it is about to be replaced. There is a quite pool right out the door. We've rented in the north Scottsdale area over the years and this is above average.

Beautiful Views from Both Patios

This vacation rental was wonderful and the owners were very easy to work with throughout the stay. The location is ideal overlooking the pool and close to local shops and restaurants. The checkin process was a little complicated because the rental is in a gated community, but if the package at checkin doesn’t have the vehicle gate card, just be sure to pick it up at the HOA office. The owners stocked the house well and it had everything we needed. My favorite place was sitting on one of the two patios and looking at the pool in the evenings. We definitely hope to stay here again someday!

Nice Condo

We really enjoyed the condo. It had everything we needed. The complex is beautiful. Debbie was great. Very nice to work with. We hope to stay there again.
