Whatever you desire, this villa offers everything you need to relax and rejuvenate. The beach is just a few meters away for your enjoyment.

The interior is also a bright and luxurious experience! A spacious living room offers panoramic sea views through wall-to-wall glass doors. Open them completely to create a wonderful flow of air between the interior and exterior, expanding the space. Enjoy intimate movie nights, lively gatherings, or peaceful meals around an elegant dining table with great conversation and beautiful views of the Sea of Cortez.

The kitchen is equipped with high-end appliances and everything you need to prepare your meals. After dining, you can relax in the living room, which has smart TVs for watching an excellent movie or catching up on your favorite shows. If you prefer something more relaxed, enjoy the central terrace with a sitting area around the fire pit, lounge on the sunbeds, or simply enjoy a space in harmony with a mirrored tree.

When it's time to rest, you'll find 6 elegant and comfortable bedrooms. Three of them are master suites with king-size beds and their own coffee station, while the other 3 bedrooms feature 2 queen-size beds. All rooms have an en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, and Smart TV. Additionally, there is a half-bathroom in the house for your convenience.

We offer daily cleaning service throughout your stay, the use of a golf cart to move freely within Fundadores, and transportation to and from the airport. We also offer chef services, in-villa spa services, and more. You can also request supermarket shopping prior to your arrival, where we prepare your grocery list so everything is ready when you arrive. All of these services are available for an additional fee. As part of your stay, you can enjoy the exclusive Fundadores Beach Club, which features 3 miles of walkable beach and an infinity-edge pool, restaurant, reading area, spa services, and a fitness center with strength machines and aerobic equipment.

**How to Get Around:**
Taxis and transport services are available, and while there are public transportation options, we recommend using a golf cart for the Puerto Los Cabos area or renting a car for added convenience if you'd like to explore the surroundings. The property has space for vehicles. We also offer car rentals with Payless/Budget, who will deliver the car directly to the villa for your convenience. Feel free to contact us for more details.

There is currently construction on the adjacent lots to the villa, which may cause intermittent noise and disturbances during the day. We do not have exact information on the completion date of the construction. The work takes place Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. If you have any inquiries, feel free to contact us.

- Guests will be asked to sign a lease agreement once the reservation is confirmed.
- Guests may need to present official ID at check-in or during their stay.
- No more guests than those listed in the reservation are allowed.
- Smoking inside the house is prohibited!The use of drugs and illegal activities are strictly prohibited. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a $500 fine.
- Parties, events, and excessive noise after 10 pm are not allowed. Please respect the neighbors.
- There are security cameras on the exterior of the property to ensure safety.
- Guests are responsible for any damages or additional cleaning costs incurred during their stay.
- If external service providers are hired, guests will be responsible for any damage or loss of property and must notify us in advance for access.
