Minutes away from Old Town Scottsdale, Scottsdale Fashion Square and the Arcadia District. Wanting to stay in and relax? Enjoy the Cozy Couch and watch a movie! This Condo has everything you need for a short, or extended stay!
✪ This home is part of a multifamily building with several units. Each unit has its own private space and private courtyard for you to enjoy.
Enter the front door to a beautifully remodeled open concept Dining Room, Living Room, and Kitchen. The Cozy Couch offers a queen-size sleeper sofa and just off the Kitchen is a Laundry room complete with a new Washer & Dryer. Walk into the Primary Bedroom and be greeted by the most comfortable king-size bed. This condo has everything you need to enjoy a relaxing stay!
Thinking about going out? Take a short ride to endless options for Restaurants, Bars, and nightlife.
Just a quick heads-up: the EV charger is off-limits for guests and isn't available for use, other than that the guests have access to the entire unit plus one dedicated parking space.
Charging electric vehicles (EVs) using the home's electrical outlets is not permitted. Guests are kindly asked to use designated public EV charging stations nearby.

1. Please contact me via Airbnb messenger for any questions.
2. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited in the property, including the balcony. ($400 fine for smoke odour removal)
3. Please be cautious of noise, especially after 10pm. Noise complaints are not tolerated and may result in full deposit charges. You may be asked to leave with no refund.
4. No additional guests are allowed in the home past the indicated number on your booking confirmation. This rule is to prevent large gatherings & parties and be fair to guests who do pay the extra fees. Third party bookings are not allowed.
5. The property must be maintained in good condition with no excessive mess. Extra cleaning costs may apply if necessary so i can effectively prepare for next guests.
6. Please note check-out time is by 11am and keys must be placed as instructed. We can often accommodate late check-outs if we know in advance, but last minute changes may result in $25 charge per each additional half hour stayed.
7. All bookings require the ID of the individual booking and the disclosure of the full names of all guests.
8. Lost keys/fob is a $300 fee to reimburse time, parts, labor, and administration involved.
