Paseo Resort Townhome with Garage

Welcome to Paseo Resort, a private, gated community surrounded by the pristine environment of the Six Mile Cypress Slough. This town home is 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms with an attached garage. Relax in the living room or set up your computer on the hall landing to get some work done. Downstairs you will find a half bath and the open living room, kitchen and dining area. Going upstairs, there is a hallway work space with room for 2 people. The master bedroom offers a king bed and a tv, with an attached en suite.

The guest bedroom offers a queen size bed and sitting area. There is a guest bathroom across the hall with a tub/shower combo.

Paseo requires a minimum one month rental term, and also requires a background check for all guests.
30 days advance notice required before booking to accommodate Paseo's application approval process for guests..
All guests over 18 must be on application.

Guests are not able to bring pets.

Peak Season Requires beginning of month to end of month reservations.
Remainder of the year allows beginning to end of month, or mid month to following mid month rental.

Ice Cream & Coffee
Stop by the Village Center most mornings between 7 AM and 11 AM, and you will find residents sitting together enjoying a cup of coffee or tea. Return later in the afternoon but don't be surprised to see children (if not an adult or two as well) enjoying an ice cream sandwich or ice cream bar available in our very own ice cream parlor.

Movie Theater
Movies at the private Paseo movie theatre are FREE and include complimentary popcorn! Please refer to the monthly calendar for movie titles and showtimes!


Library & Internet
Enjoy a good read? Then you will love the library located in the Village Center at Paseo. Here you will find several computer work stations with complimentary Wi-Fi as well as a great selection of complimentary books and magazines that are shared by our residents.

Fitness Center
The air-conditioned fitness center located in the Village Center consists of a state-of-the-art Cybex exercise equipment as well as a studio often used for dance, spin, aerobics, zumba, and pilates classes. And no gym membership needed, just bring your workout gear!

Spa & Salon
Paseo’s luxurious Spa & Salon provides the perfect chance to relax, indulge, and get pampered. Whether after a workout or before a night of dining in the Bistro restaurant, the Spa & Salon offers facials, massage therapy, manicures and pedicures in elegant comfort.

Fine & Casual Dining
Paseo residents never have to leave the community for either a fine or casual dining experience. The Pub serves up sports alongside pub-style fare while the Bistro offers gourmet meals in an elegant atmosphere prepared by our very own Chef. Or dine Al Fresco at the poolside Tiki. Additionally, residents can enjoy ice cream, and complimentary coffee at the Village Center cafe between 7 AM and 11 AM daily.
