* Tenant registration is required in the building. Once your reservation is confirmed, we'll send you forms to fill out and submit to the building before the check in date. ID is required for building registration.

* The building amenities are available for 30 days or longer rentals only. The gym & fitness area, indoor pool, and sauna are all on the mezzanine level.

*Paid parking is available in secure underground parking with 24/7 parking across the street at 15 York for 20 to 30 dollars a day.
