The space

Ground Floor: The layout on the ground floor is designed for your comfort, featuring a fully equipped kitchen that opens onto the living room and exterior terrace. Every detail has been carefully considered for your stay. The exquisitely furnished exterior terrace includes a dining table, outdoor lounge, and a saltwater pool with a shower and loungers, providing the perfect setting for relaxation.

The ground floor includes a master bedroom equipped with a shower, sink, toilet, walk-in closet, and a safe for your security.

First Floor: On the first floor, you will find two bedrooms, each with two single beds, a bathroom with a sink and toilet, walk-in closets, and an office space ideal for working from home.

Additional Amenities: The villa also features a washing machine with outdoor drying racks located in the garden, ensuring all the conveniences for a comfortable stay. Moreover, the villa is equipped with an inverter with a 24-hour autonomy to guarantee an uninterrupted power supply.


Guest access
If you have your own vehicle, you can park directly in the villa's private parking. If you don't have a vehicle, you will find motoconchos that can take you anywhere in the town and its surroundings. It is also possible to rent scooters, quads, and cars. The beach of Las Ballenas and the Pueblo de los Pescadores are nearby.




Once your reservation is confirmed, we will contact you via Whats/App. You will be given a meeting point and Genesis and her team will be waiting there to take you to the accommodation. There they will explain how the house works, give you the keys and make you sign the rental contract.

During your stay, you can ask them anything you need through the group created especially for you, and they will do everything possible to help you.
Other things to note
Like the grand majority of properties in Las Terrenas, electricity has an additional cost. The rate is 15 DOP/kWh. However, guests are granted 5 kilowatts free per day.

Upon arrival and departure, a photograph of the electric meter will be taken to ensure precise calculation of your electricity consumption. The payment for the electricity consumed can be made directly to your host in cash at the time of check-out. We recommend having a small amount of pesos in cash for this purpose. A receipt will be provided for your records.
