Whistler Upper Village next to the Fairmont Whistler, Glacier Lodge is at the base of Blackcomb Mountain. You are located on top of the summer farmers markets, and steps away from the fun zone. During the winter you are either a 80 meter walk to the NEW Blackcomb Gondola and Magic chair or a short walk or bus ride from the main village.
1 Bedroom Suite consists of two Queen beds in the bedroom, and a Queen wall bed in the living room. There is a full kitchen and dining area, along with two full bathrooms and a large balcony. It also features Air Conditioning, a very fine feature for your summer stay. Free secure ski and bike storage in the 24x7 staffed building. A front desk to answer any questions you may have, and fabulous restaurants and activities year round.
Parking is charged by the front desk staff rates determined by the strata corp. Due to COVID-19 - there is a $35 surcharge which is for the extra required BC CDC cleaning requirements

Cozy convenient property

It's close to everything you'd need, only a minute or so walk to the black comb lift. Property management is always onsite. One slight con is that the Laundry machines are shared and can get really busy in the evenings

Ideal Location

Week long ski vacation with our kids. The location was ideal. It was an easy walk to the Blackcomb gondola. Ski storage was convenient. Friendly staff. The condo unit had everything we needed. Super comfortable beds and very quiet!

Overall the property was great! It was large enough for our group and room had everything we needed to have a comfortable stay. Both bathrooms were large and there was a full kitchen as well for cooking. There were also two beds in the living room. A pull out couch and a bed that pulled out from the wall. It was a nice surprise even though we didn’t need all the beds! Bedding and towels were also clean and there were extras as well. The building also had some great amenities there were TWO hot tubs and a pool with plenty of towels to borrow. The front desk staff were also very friendly and the location was very convenient, only a 10 minute walk to the main part of Whistler Village. There was an issue with some of the dishes being unusable since they were very very dirty but when we alerted the host he was very quick to respond and resolve the issue. We really appreciated his quick help on the matter and only made us happier with our stay. Would definitely recommend others to stay here.

AC was good. Property was tired and worn out furniture. All cutlery &plates were dirty (covered in dried soap?). Suspect dishwasher does not work properly. Written Information provided at checkin not accurate or updated (ie -parking details wrong; checkout time wrong; rules re use of pool wrong) Location of unit is good Hard to see what extra cleaning costs are being used for.

Amazing stay

House was amazing and had everything we needed. Very close walk to village. Hotel staff were very nice and the pool and hot tub was great. Will definitely stay here again.

great value!

I'm a high-maintenance renter with lots of questions. Tialen was very patient and fully answered all inquiries. The property was as advertised in a fine location. The front desk was very helpful. If renting at the in-house Affinity Rentals make sure you reserve online to save 25%. They were great as well.

The property was a great location to stay. One minute walk from the Blackcomb Lift. Great value. Everything was very clean. We had five people stay. The fold out bed was very comfortable... that was one of our concerns that it wasn't going to be. Place was exactly as described in description and photos. Thank you!

Convenient rental

Affordable space to stay for the location that it is in. It worked well for our group, for which we were attending a wedding (2 bathrooms available was great). The layout of unit was a bit odd but overall we did not stay in the space for long periods of time besides sleep (so it worked well for us) ! Made use of the pool and hot tub and space was clean. Overall good experience.

Super convenient and spacious

Great place for a ski weekend with friends. The building is right on the slopes and there’s even a rental shop on site. Even though I arrived very late for check-in was able to get quickly, get into a very comfortable bed and wake up the next day to enjoy the skiing.

Property is in great location - 5 min walk to Blackcomb Gondola and 10 min walk to lower village

Spectacular resort had a great time skiing/snowboarding and also enjoyed a backcountry snowmobile tour. The 2 bedroom 2 bath unit with a large balcony provided privacy when needed and was spacious enough for all. Great jacuzzi- strong jets allowing recovery after being on the slopes all day!

Clean, great location, easy access to New Blackcomb Gondola

My group really enjoyed our stay at this wonderful Whistler location. It was easy check-in/check-out, they had ski storage for our skis and super close walking distance to the new Blackcomb gondola. The room was clean upon arrival and spacious enough for our party of 6 people. I had never slept on a murphy bed before and it surprisingly comfortable. Thank you again Tialen!

Very nice, clean, spacious and very convenient!

Great spot for our family of 5. It was an easy walk for our 3 young kids in ski boots to the gondola and magic chair. A huge plus was that the equipment storage was very convenient. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Location, Spacious Unit

We had a great stay at this place. It's really two units put together - a studio and a standard hotel room. The bedroom is spacious ... we easily fit a pack n' play along with the queen beds. Even though we're a small family it was nice to have a second bathroom. The kitchen had plenty of dishes, pans, pots, etc., though we didn't cook anything beyond simple breakfasts and apres ski snacks. Most importantly, the location is PERFECT. So close to the lifts and an easy walk to ski school even for those with little legs. Tialen was super responsive and accommodating. We were able to leave luggage with the front desk on departure day, which is always convenient. This place will be on our short-list of favorite spots in Whistler.
