We offer a modern and comfortable full 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home on a gated street with plenty of amenities that anyone would want for a stay ranging from a weekend trip to a multi-week relaxing beach getaway.

Kick your feet back in our home that's fully furnished and contains:

- Full kitchen with new stainless steel appliance and dining room
- Wifi throughout the house
- TVs in every room
- 2 Queen beds, a bunk bed, and a large couch that sleeps 8 total
- Carport garage so you don't have to worry about parking
- Gated street for added safety
- A/C in every room to keep you cool on those hot summer days
- Large grill in the back yard for that grill-master friend in every group
- Shared pool to cool you off
- Washer and dryer indoors so that you don't have to worry about packing too many clothes
- 15min Walk (Yes, we meant walk), 3min drive from the BQN Rafael Hernandez Airport.

Guest Access:
This location is fabulous for those that are big on privacy but would still like to be close to local attractions. Property is located right near the major airport and very close to beautiful beaches, water parks, casinos; all less than 5-20 min away. We're right in between Rincon and Isabela which have the best beaches for surfing!

15min walk to BQN Airport and a short drive to Ramey Bowling Alley, tennis courts, Surfers beach, Tabletop, Punta Borínquen Golf Course, Marriot Casino, Skate and Splash Park, groceries, gym, jogging/athletic center, nightlife, Borínquen beach, Shacks beach, Wilderness beach, Spanish Ruins, Survival beach, Crash Boat Beach, Las Cascadas water park, Aguadilla Ice Skating Arena, shopping mall, baseball park, Aguadilla Town, Churches, restaurants (One Ten Thai, Rosalinda’s Mexican food & Cantina, Cocina Creativa, Il Pomodoro, Boca Loca, Zazones, Desecheo, The Grillade, La Spezie Resto-Pub), Jobos beach, and Isabela nightlife.

Getting Around:
There is no available public transportation in the area, so renting a car would be highly recommended. Our home has a carport so you don't have to worry about your car and our property manager will give you a key fob to electronically open up the gated driveway.

4 day stay in Puerto Rico

Had a great time in PR. The townhouse fit the 4 of us perfectly. Plenty of room so we were not on top of each other. Located just outside the base and minutes from the airport. Quiet neighborhood, in the mornings you could hear the birds chirping, very peaceful. We were out and about exploring or fishing so we did not get to enjoy the pool or BBQ on the back patio. I did not find any instruction sheet/book on “Things to know about the house” like connecting to the internet or how the gates worked. Searching the house we found the name and password on the internet box but the clicker only opened one gate. So we just went in and out the same gate. Other than that it was a great house for the 4 days. We will definitely be booking again and hopefully figure out how both gates work. Thank you Matt and Lourdes for letting us stay.

Great place, great stay

Enjoyed a great vacation at this location for the 10 days we were in Aguadilla. It’s in a great location close to the local beaches, restaurants and shopping. Would definitely stay again and would definitely recommend.

Like the area , nice beaches, food , restaurants, near supermarkets and super close to the airport .But in the cleaning it was not the best. I actually had to clean the entire house after we arrived from airport. (There was pet hair in floor and the bathroom where not clean ) thing that I was not looking forward to do in my vacation. Btw we don’t have any pets so it was easy to recognize. But the owner understand and he gave us back the cleaning fee. We had some issues with the ac but that was handled fast and easy. Nice people the owner and who handles the key to the house.

Aquadilla Vacation Condo

We had a great visit at this condo! It was exactly like described and ended up being a perfect place to base our adventures from. There are plenty of great beaches close to the condo, but it’s also very easy to get from here to the Express Way and then anywhere you want to drive to in Puerto Rico. It also only 3 blocks away from one of the best French pastry shops we’ve ever been to- which is a good and bad thing 😜

Great location!!

The property was beautiful and very convenient to airport. All the luxuries of home, full kitchen stocked with everything needed to cook if you so desire. Close to beach, restaurants, casino and airport. Highly recommend!!

Excellent place to stay in Aguadilla Puerto Rico! Gated access townhouse home in a quiet neighborhood, close to the Aguadilla airport Rafael Hernandez. The townhouse has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and a laundry upstairs. Downstairs there is a half bath, kitchen, dining and living rooms with an open floor concept with a reasonable size and space. In addition, there is a patio area (just outside the living room) a garage plus a non covered parking space in front of the townhouse inside the gated area. There is a remote control to open both gates (each one has its corresponding button to open) and a walking gate. There is a dumpster outside to place the trash. All bedrooms are very spacious with comfortable beds (iron & ironing board in the master). The washer and dryer are high efficiency (he) and there is plenty soap and softener. The kitchen is well equipped with plenty of supplies etc. Myrna is such a great person and will answer any questions or calls immediately. I recommend this place 100%. Thank you Myrna for your kindness!!!!

Awesome!

Host, Myrna, was a pleasure, very sweet and kind. Secure area gave us a sense of security. All amenities necessary for a feel at home stay, utensils, microwave, coffee maker, bbq, beach chair, cooler, pool floaties, etc. All seven of us had a comfortable stay. Bunk beds were a little hard, air mattress deflated a bit, but overall we were very satisfied. The shared pool was great!

My family and I enjoyed our stay here very much. Very clean and spacious space. The washer and dryer were a plus. Myrna was very friendly and accommodating. Close to town and amenities. Gated community which made us feel safe at all times. From pictures I concluded that the pool was attached to home but this is a community pool. It is kept very clean. If you are a late sleeper bring eye mask as the sun shines brightly early in the morning and there are no blinds or curtains to block it.

Excellent vacation home

House was perfect for our needs. New, pretty & very clean. Super close to the airport and convenient to local beaches & restaurants. The owner was very responsive & allowed us to check in earlier. I had to travel due to a family emergency on Nov. 19, 2016.

Being that we have the house rented for the last two weeks of Jan.2017. I called Matt, and asked if he kindly rent us the house for three days. We were very grateful, that he was able to rent us the house in such a short notice. We got to the house at 4:00 am. Sweet Myrna the concierge whom we have the pleasure of knowing for a few years now ( being that we have traveled a few times and rented in the same development) was there waiting for us. Everything was in order. I am very picky when it comes to staying anywhere, and Matts rental surely lived up to my expectations! Nancy Jaime

Beautiful Home!

Stayed here for a week in the end of March. Beautiful home filled with everything we needed for our getway! (Beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, grill, fully equipped kitchen and more!) Located minutes from various beaches and airport. The owner Matt and property manager were easy to reach if we had any questions. Thanks for a great stay! Will be back soon :)

Purchasing this property came as a result of my mom's constant travels to Aguadilla over the past several years. She fell in love with the area, the people, and the culture.
So one January weekend, while I was freezing in NYC, my mom was wandering around her favorite vacation destination and came across this property. Her desire to lay roots in Aguadilla made this a no brainer.
She seized the opportunity, and the rest is history. We decided to take this project on as a family knowing that this property will last us generations to come.
