This cute Sunriver reverse-living home is guaranteed to be the ultimate remedy to a busy lifestyle! Amenities include a private hot tub, eight SHARC passes, WiFi, a large DVD collection, air conditioning, and bikes to borrow. The fully equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, and there's a gas grill outside.

The upper deck is the ideal spot for relaxing or catching a glimpse of twinkling stars. This three-bedroom, two-bath home has all bedrooms located downstairs. Up to eight guests can stay in this Sunriver home. The first bedroom is a master queen bedroom, the second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has two sets of built in bunk beds. Off the master bedroom is a door that leads out to the hot tub. There's even a washer and dryer.

This is the ideal location in the south end of the Sunriver with an easy walk to the Village.

Please be aware that the Sunriver SHARC center has implemented new rules and regulations regarding occupancy, amenities, and access. Please see their website for more details.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great Weekend Getaway

We rented several homes for our employees to stay in for a weekend, for our company Christmas party. This home was a nice cozy and quiet place where our employee actually spent some time painting watercolors of the surrounding nature. They loved there time there. Top marks!

Fun house, great location!

Loved the location of this home and the cute floorplan. Had a very large, nice deck outback that was fun to hang out on and watch deer from. The house was clean and equipped. I would stay here again if they got new beds. The beds were incredibly uncomfortable.

Basic, but good enough.

Carpets desperately need to be replaced and kitchen barely functions, but the rest of the house is adequate.

Needs updating - clean rental, quiet area, great hot tub

This property was fine, very clean with plenty of clean towels and a great hot tub and grill. There are nice TV's in each bedroom and in the main living space which we enjoyed. It was just fine for a last minute reservation to make a weekend getaway to Sunriver. The cul-de-sac is very quiet. Many things in the house appear to be 20+ years old and are in need of updating. The mattresses, bedding and especially the pillows were old and worn. A nice rental without a lot of frills.

Location of home was excellent- loved the bikes and bath towels- deck snd outdoor tables were nice! Plus, hot tub was clean and in good working order. We have stayed in SR many times- the condition and cleanliness of the home were average at best- the carpets were filthy and the kitchen dishes/cups etc. we’re also dirty. We had to rewash everything we used. The mattress cover in the master bedroom was literally torn and EXTREMLEY worn- I have photos as I was in disbelief when I was stripping the bed when we were leaving today- I think the house cleaners need a little education/training on when the owners should be told to replace items- also no platters or measuring cups- and very small salad bowls/pasta serving pieces- doesn’t work for a group of 5 people- some easy fixes would go a far way with this home!

Surpassed our expectations!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We LOVED this place! The pictures don't do it justice -- we expected everything to be a little older and not nearly as nice as it was -- I would call it luxurious. And the Discover Sunriver staff were all SUPER nice and helpful, proactive -- they made sure we had everything we needed, contacting us to make sure we had the door code, etc., rather than waiting for us to contact them. The home was beautiful and comfortable -- the bedrooms downstairs, living/dining upstairs is not nearly as weird as it sounds. It's really not even an issue once you see it. When you walk in the front door, you're in an entryway and there's approx. 5 steps up to the living/dining area and approx. 5 steps down to the lower level. The deck was gorgeous, the surrounding area was peaceful. The house came with coffee maker, coffee grinder, toaster, bottle opener ... all the pots, pans, dishes you could hope for. Really top notch. Highly recommend to anyone. We'll probably stay here again next year if we get the chance! Will definitely stick with Discover Sunriver, regardless of property.

Older property - dated - priced correctly

This is an older property that has not been updated in easily 20 years, however, for that reason I would say it is priced correctly. Beds are comfortable, towels a plenty, sharc passes. Do not expect any frills and plan to bring your own laundry detergent at the amount provided did not last the weekend only doing hot tub towels.

Practically perfect in every way

This house is not fancy but it checks nearly every box for this family of 5. Love the location, cruisers all in working order, great hot tub, ac, SHARC passes, 2 full bathrooms. The beds aren’t new but we all slept well during our stay, the shower is small but I love that the bathroom has a door to the hot tub. Two queen beds in separate rooms and 4 twins in one room make this a great arrangement for sharing with friends or family. We’ll be back!

Great stay

What a great vacation. This really was a great place to stay. We had never been to Sunriver before. Located close to the stores, so we could easily ride bikes to grab a coffee or dinner. So thankful for the A/C as it was a hot weekend. Didn’t have a need for the hottub, but happy to have it as an option. Such a great neighborhood. No worries leaving bikes out or car locked. Only cons, the A/C is much colder downstairs than upstairs. All smells will hang in the air upstairs - so careful choosing your dinner. You may smell it for a couple days ;-). Home is a bit outdated, but was very clean and management was easily accessible. There were multiple bikes in the garage for use. We brought our own, but if we hadn’t this would have been a definite plus. Kitchen had everything we needed. Overall, we had a great vacation! So much to do and experience.

Nice place but needs updating.

Place was nice but definitely needs updating. Beds were adequate but not comfortable. Could use one king bed. Appliances were old. Needs a Keurig. Pluses: convenient location. Several bicycles. Air Conditioning! Kitchen well stocked with pots, pans, etc.

Comfortable, Cozy, Convenient

All of the amenities I wanted and needed. I enjoyed bike rides along the river loop, soaking in the hot tub in awe of the starry sky, and reading by the cozy wood burning fireplace (they left kindling, logs, newspaper, a lighter, and gloves on the hearth, ready to go). It’s a very homey place, entirely spotless, very easy to settle right in and begin relaxing. I did not see a full set of measuring cups, so bring your own. The local Vacasa rep even offered to send someone to jumpstart my dead battery when it was time to head home, but AAA got there earlier than projected. My stay was a very nice experience, and I hope to stay here again. Highly recommended!

Bachelor Revisited

Great property for 4 teens and myself. Good lay out. Great fireplace. Being in Sunriver is always memorable for us. Had 3 great days skiing Bachelor. Only takeaways were the jacuzzi lock wouldn’t open and the kitchen needs an electrical upgrade - can’t run blender, microwave, stove etc at same time as circuits overload. Had to visit the breaker box a few times to reset.

Well cared for home in a great location

The home is quaint, but well maintained and loved. The appliances & furniture are older, but all in working order. The location is perfect. One small thing: It could use some more glasses. A minor thing but the glasses were tiny and we had to fill them up multiple times to stay hydrated. Otherwise everything else was great.

Comfortable home. Great location.

Easy biking or walk to the mall or lodge area. Comfortable living area and large deck. A very peaceful location with a deer family hanging out nearby. We also enjoyed the hot tub.

The house was clean but in need of updates. Towels are old and rough, bedding is also pretty old. If you are in the shower and turn on the sink in the bathroom your water goes cold. After first shower in master bathroom I stepped out and noticed that there was derogatory remarks that somebody had written in the steam on the window before I got there. Shows me that the mirrors were not cleaned Prior to my arrival. House was safe and comfortable enough, but could use some attention to the details that makes a house with staying in a second time.

Comfortable home on with great privacy

We rented this home to take a few teen boys on a summer adventure away from the worries of COVID. The home was comfortable with a cozy teen room and private space for us. Furniture and bedding were a bit worn but everything was clean. Kitchen had all of the necessities. The hot tub was well placed near a side door to a bathroom which was very convenient. We will be reporting one potential safety issue, the elevated back deck seemed to lack necessary bracing so it rocked a fair bit and also had many protruding nails. This did not detract from our enjoyment of the home.

Great stay in Sunriver

The online listing was very accurate.! We were happy with our stay. Sunriver is fantastic and this was a great place to enjoy it from if you are looking for a little extra space, a hot tub and a kitchen. Kids had a great bike loop to ride right out the front door. The place is a little dated in terms of decor, but the pics are accurate and it was very clean! Would stay here again. Great value.
