The Waterfront at Golden Isles Marina is a luxury condominium complex situated at the base of the F.J. Torras Causeway leading onto St. Simons Island.

This 3 Bedroom/ 3 Bath condo offers single level living at its best with breathtaking views of the marina, Frederica River, and the Intracoastal Waterway.

Well appointed with upscale furnishings, hardwood & tile floors, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and flat screen TVs in all bedrooms & the living area, this property has everything needed to make guests feel at home.

The private condominium pool and hot tub are just a few steps away, and there is ample garage parking underneath the building with elevator access to each floor.

Just next door to the Waterfront complex at the Golden Isles Marina is Coastal Kitchen, a casual/fine dining restaurant serving lunch and dinner with outdoor seating overlooking the water and live music on the weekends. Boat and jet ski rentals are available, as well as scenic and fishing boat excursions and a scuba diving school.

There are plenty of other dining and entertainment options on the island as well, and Pier Village is only 2 miles away. Great property

This property is a lovely condo. Condo was very clean & well stocked. This location is quiet but close to everything. Owner responds very quickly. She had snacks & drinks waiting upon our arrival!

Great place to stay!

This is the second property owned by Mary Ann that we stayed. Again, as her mountain property, this place is immaculate, extremely well decorated and has everything you need while there. It is convenient to very good restaurants, beaches and other interesting attractions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!

Absolutely perfect!

Everything was exactly as described. We could not have hoped for a cleaner more equipped condo for relaxing. The location was very convenient and covered parking was great! It was peaceful and the views beautiful. We had planned on staying longer but had to leave due to Hurricane Irma. We certainly didn't want to leave! The owner was so, so nice. When I contacted her about the hurricane and the pending mandatory evacuation, her reaction was one of sincere compassion and concern for our safety and well being. We will definitely be staying at the Waterfront again and can't wait for our next trip!

Impeccable!

What a treat it was to stay in Mary Ann's Waterfront condo! The hardest part of this review will be to not forget a single detail! First of all is the fabulous location! We have been visiting St. Simon's Island (SSI) for over 25 years and continue to love it's charm. The Waterfront Condo's are the best place to stay (in my humble opinion)! The parking is a breeze and offers the additional benefit of being covered. If you have tried to park or stay in SSI parking can sometimes be an issue on parts of the island. We love the waterfront view and watching the boats go in and out of the marina.In addition there is a great restaurant (Coastal Kitchen) just a few short steps away that is delicious and has a full bar. Ok, now onto the condo! What a beauty! Everything in this condo is in pristine condition and so lovely! You feel like you are in a 5 Star hotel! The furnishings are gorgeous and so comfortable and the kitchen is outfitted with EVERYTHING you might need! Mary Ann even had a 6 pack of craft beer and a cupboard full of bottled water on our arrival. When I mentioned my hubby might want to cook and asked if there was any olive oil she made sure a brand new bottle was there on our arrival! The beds are scrumptious with lovely linens and extra pillows. The bathrooms are stocked with soaps, towels etc. Everything in this condo is spotless and like new. On this particular trip it was just two adult couples so it was nice that one couple got the master BR and the other couple got the other 2 bedrooms and baths. Even though we did not use the 3rd bedroom having the extra bath to do my hair without driving hubby crazy was great! Bedroom # 3 also had a nice elliptical in it that although I did not use because of our schedule I sure would have liked to and thought it was wonderful for a rainy day! We brought bikes so you can easily ride anyway from this location and we did~ Down to the lighthouse and East Beach with a final stop at Southern Soul Barbecue. At night we like to have an adult beverage so we used Uber but it's an easy drive anywhere on the island from the condo. What else can I say except this was an exceptional VRBO! Hubby and I have rented VRBO from Paris to Central America to Montana and this one is in our top 2 of the over 30 VRBO we have rented! Lucky you if you can stay here! And Mary Ann is the best VRBO hostess and owner we have ever met!

Relaxing wonderful vacation!

This property is stunning! The owner has out done herself with outfitting the condominium with everything you could possibly need on vacation. The porch is a fantastic place to have an early morning coffee or late afternoon cocktail. The marina houses an incredible restaurant right in walking distance and downtown SSI and the beach are just a stone throw away. Can't wait to go back and enjoy again!

Great Condo

Stayed for a quick beach trip- condo was right at the Marina with easy access to the Island. Family really enjoyed it and the kids loved having a pool where they could see boats.

Gorgeous property with superior views

This condo has it all with water views and nature at its best! You will agree once you have watched the sunrise and the birds soar along the marsh as the boats head out to sea. The location was perfect for us as we were close to shopping, great restaurants and sightseeing as well as many festivals and events in the area. Be sure to visit the neighboring towns of Brunswick and Darien and get to know the locals and the history of the island. The floorplan of the condo is thoughtfully planned with plenty of privacy and space for all guests We found it to be comfortably furnished with unique and decorative touches that would appeal to discriminating travelers. The furnishings are enhanced by lovely mirrors, linens and floor coverings. There is also a nice gas fireplace for those cooler evenings and a selection of books to read and information about the area. The insightful owner made sure we had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. By the second day, we almost forgot we were visitors and started feeling like we were home. Needless to say, it was hard to leave SSI and since there is so much more to explore we are already planning the next trip. Florida Travelers
