This home is immaculate and is stocked with everything that you will need for the perfect vacation! Our home has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms and a very spacious living area. The pool has southern exposure and is large enough for the entire family! Within a 5 minute walk from our home are a number of great restaurants, mini-golf, a movie theater and of BEACH! Public beach access is only a few blocks away. If you are looking for the perfect vacation home that is close to many of the amazing features of Marco Island, this home is your perfect destination!

House was clean roomy & pool was great. Short walk to beach & restaurants. I didnt care for the beach because it was all condos & no restrooms or restaurants on Beach. But overall was a beautiful beach for the beach because it was all Condos

Family getaway

Great house! Stayed with wife and 3 kids. Plenty of room. House could easily fit more people. Pool heater worked great- kids swam all week. Plenty of towels and beach accessories. Would stay again

Exactly as advertised.

This property is well maintained and exactly as advertised. Check in and out was simple. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The owners had great communication with us. Highly recommend!

We love Marco. We have been going to Marco for years. Marco is our home away from home. We always get a home either south end or Tigertail. The beach is close maybe 5 minutes. Walk to restaurants. We enjoyed our stay and the owner was easy to talk to with questions would stay again!

Queen bedroom bedside lamp not working Microwave light above stove not working Tried different batteries in the hvac display for the house temp did not work no idea what the temperature ever was - no response while at property Ceiling in LR in need of repair - paint chips peeling and falling to the floor Pool nice but needs more water and the temp was never consistent Not as close to the beach as advertised walking or driving Syrup bottle knocked over in the cabinet and left a sticky puddle in the cabinet Construction at the lot next door woke us before sunrise one morning (6:10 AM) Blinds in disrepair on a few windows LR tv cabinet doors don’t shut properly Laundry room hole in the wall behind door

This property has excellent conditions, spacious rooms, plenty of kitchen utensils, enough towels for bathroom, pool and beach, also sufficient cleaning and laundry products. The location is quiet and safe, it is not as close to the beach as they say (5min) but it is not that far either, good to walk a little. In my experience, I had problems with the BBQ and the owner immediately responded by sending the handyman the next day. I stayed there with my family for 4 nights during the Labor Day weekend and my family and I enjoyed those days. I definitely recommend this property and I would stay there again.

Family Vacation

My family stayed at this home for 5 nights. We really loved it. The home is so cozy, spacious and extremely clean. It has all of the amenities that you would want to feel like you are at home. We all loved the pool and outdoor eating area. The owners allowed us to use the pool supplies in the garage which made our beach days so much easier. There are ample towels for use and the kitchen is stocked with every appliance you would need. It really felt like a home away from home. We communicated easily with the owner with any questions we had. This is a home we would love to return to.

First Visit to Marco Island

This property worked well for our group. There was plenty of sleeping space, the kitchen was well stocked, and the pool was a wonderful spot to cool off. Communication with the property manager was quick when we had any questions. The walk to the beach is more than five minutes and was more of a brisk ten to fifteen minutes. This was not a problem for us though. Once we arrived at the beach the walk was soon forgotten! Thank you for allowing us to stay at your property.

QUIET NEIGHBORHOOD, CONVENIENT LOCATION

This is a cute 1990s-era home located in a quiet neighborhood not far from main hotel strip and close by to a few dining options. Decor is pleasant and home was generally clean. The layout is vintage 1990s, with lots of angles and a closed-off kitchen that limits ability to keep an eye on little ones while preparing meals. Owners were pleasant and easy to work with. So overall, definitely not a unique, one-of-kind property, but one that solidly checks all the basic requirements that will make for a pleasant stay.

Beautiful getaway

House was great - clean, pool was perfect, lots of kitchen items. Close to the beaches. Lots of chairs and carts to take items to the beach. Great vacation for us thanks!

The location is great for families with a variety of ages as the beach is minutes away Rolling beach cart was perfect Pool was right outside lots of glass doors to keep an eye on children Nice big table outside so we could eat together Grateful to find a place to accommodate our whole family Pleasant to communicate with hosts

Marco Island Comfort!

We really enjoyed the location and amenities of the property. It was a little cooler than normal our week, so the heated pool was a great perk. They had plenty of beach gear including multiple ways of carting equipment to and from the beach. We were extremely happy with the location of the neighborhood. A very short walk to mini golf and restaurants as well as the beach. The communication from the owners was the best I’ve experienced in our yearly travel to Marco Island. Thank You!

Great house and location

This was a great house and the location was perfect for our family. I would highly recommend this house and renting bikes for ease if getting around the island is a must!

Great location and lovely home

Our extended family decided to go to MI over Thanksgiving week. It was our first time and we enjoyed the area very much. Our extended family stayed in other rental houses around the island but we loved our location! We had two families in the house and there was plenty of room with the bedrooms on either end of the house. The kid room with the bunk bed was wonderful and they had a ball sharing a room. The bathrooms looked to be recently updated and were lovely. The kitchen had everything we needed, including some basics like sugar, coffee filters, oil etc. We had a couple little issues with the tv and one toilet but were quickly fixed and no big deal. Loved the great communication too! The house felt clean and had plenty of towels for the shower and also for the pool/beach. Overall a lovely place to stay and would stay here again!

Beautiful house

The house was beautiful and very clean. The neighborhood was very quiet. The only downfall for my stay was the public beach is not very convenient to access. Very little parking and far away so Marco wouldn’t be on my return list. But the house and owners are great so if you’re looking for a place to stay in Marco Island, this is a great option

The outside area is large and can accommodate your entire group whether to dine outdoors or enjoy the oversized pool.
