Niille, jotka haluavat tylsistyä hieman lähtöpäivänä, meillä on myöhempi kassasto kymmenen sijasta 11, mutta meidän piti vaihtaa sisäänkirjautumista klo 16.00 asti, jotta siivoojien aikataulu mukautuisi siihen. Mäntyjen seesteisyydessä näkymät Fraser-taimenjoelle .. Äskettäin uusittu "Grotto" on ensiluokkainen majoitus, joka auttaa tekemään lomastasi unohtumattoman.
Vaimoni vaati rakentaa kivikaaren ja hänellä oli oikeus (siellä - sanoin sen). Graniitti- ja ruostumaton keittiö, jossa on hienot välineet ja todellinen kivityö, tekevät sinusta mukavan ja turvallisen. Täysin kiinteät ovet ja verhoilu ovat ekstroja, jotka ovat hienovaraisia, mutta hemmoteltuina. Laatoitettu kylpyhuone ja täysin parketit pitävät sen puhtaana maton lialta .: Upouudet ikkunat ja esteettinen ulkomaali ja myrskyovet. Siellä on myös romanttinen puutakka, jos haluat .. ILMAINEN SKI SHUTTLE- aivan, vain muutaman minuutin matkan päässä lomakeskuksesta, pysäköintihässä. Varhaiset nousevat voivat lähteä aikaisin saadaksesi 'Ensimmäiset kappaleet' ja seurata jengi myöhemmin - vain kytkeä matkapuhelimiin.

Great condo in great location

Great Venue for a spring stay

Excellent location beautifully remodeled one bedroom condo. Spring skiing with two beautiful days of powder. Owner was very accommodating as we flew in standby.

Great location

This small but modern condo was a great month long stay. Unit had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Fraser River is right in front with bike path to Fraser out the door. Bike trails can be accessed from the parking lot. Best part is that my dog could stay with me!

Great weekend in Winter Park!

This condo is in an excellent location, easy to get around town. Perfect for a couple or small family. It has a well equipped kitchen and all that you need. While we did not use it there is a shuttle service around town and it is in close proximity of the movie theatre/bowling alley and many great restaurants. The complex is right on the Frasier river trail for great snowshoeing and hiking!

Perfect. Great Winter Park retreat.

Winter Park is one of my favorite places to visit and I have stayed in many rentals in the area. This condo is as advertised-very clean, comfortable and stocked with all the essentials. I enjoyed hearing the river and humming birds in the background of an otherwise very quiet and peaceful setting. I have recommended this property to friends who prefer to travel with their dog. Great value! I plan to return in the near future.

Awesome Condo close to everything!

Jasen was very responsive and provided great instructions making the entire process smooth. The condo is in an excellent location close to Winter Park Resort and convenient to the town. Cozy Winter Park Retreat

My wife, our newborn, and our dog stayed 5 nights here and this place completely out did our expectations. The owner went above and beyond to make sure the condo was clean before our arrival on short notice. The location is awesome (close to town for restaurants and events) and close to Hiking/ Mountain biking trails. The new rec. center is open and great as well. As for the Condo, it had a very functional layout, great furniture, comfortable bed, well appointed kitchen, and an overall great feel to it. The TV, cable, and DVD set-up was easy to figure out, but the owner also gave detailed instructions in case you need assistance. The folks in the building know the owner and are quite friendly. I would highly recommend this place and plan to stay here again in the future. (as far as capacity goes I think it would be comfortable for 1 couple and 2 kids, but could be stretched to 2 couples if privacy is not essential)

Nor a place I would return to

This is a VERY SMALL place and despite the nice photo of the kitchen- it is VERY SMALL, dark and hard to use unless your only cooking is microwaving a burrito. We (a couple, kid free for 3 days) rented this with hope of cooking in as we do not have any favorite restaurants in Winter Park. Very difficult, and NO DINING ROOM TABLE, just a small bar to accommodate I adult. Further insult was the directions to not take a bubble bath, an indulgence I enjoy after a long day of biking or hiking. I have rented many properties in Winter Park over the years and sadly, this is at the bottom of the list.

Great Location, nice owners!

Just returned from a week long stay w/my 9 year old. Overall, really liked the condo and it was very cozy. The location is very convenient and accessible for anything you want to do while in Winter Park. Got to meet the owners and they were very friendly and accommodating. My recommendations for improvement are to get a new sofa bed, the one there is terrible! And, add some hooks in the bathroom to hang towels/clothes on. A flat skillet for cooking would be a good addition and a new pot; the inside bottom of the large one provided was rusted. A couple of small details, the kitchen stove light and fridge lights were both out. Having said that, I would definitely stay again, but will check to see if sofa has been replaced/repaired prior to taking my kiddo again. It was no fun having those feet & elbows all night! Thanks for your hospitality, and look forward to a return trip some time.

Wonderful Little Condo in the Woods

Wonderful little comfy condo close to everything in and around Winter Park. There is so much to do and see in the summer months in Colorado. Quiet, picturesque location -- you can hear the river and see a snow-capped mountain right outside the front door. Perfect size for two (not too big, not too small). Parking aplenty. Friendly neighbors. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to eat in, if you choose. although there are many great dining options in Winter Park. Communication with the owner was easy, and he was very responsive. Thank you for a great week Jason -- we would love to visit again.

This is like having my own little castle

What a well done place. Everything is high end..We noticed the hand rubbed oil doors and venetian plaster walls. Hardwood, stainless, and Marriott King bed. Making meals saved us from the expense of restaurants for every meal. So much better than a hotel.!

Perfect property

Stayed for 5 days, had a great time. Condo perfect, everything was clean and very comfortable, very well equipped. Would highly recommend for a stay, we will definitely stay here again if we visit Colorado again. Communication was excellent, recreation centre ia fantastic.

Great

A little Skiing anyone? We love this as a base for Mary Jane skiing ( and Winter Park) and for Mt Biking . This place really rocks in the summer too- one of our favorites, while everyone is boiling down on the flatlands. Don't forget Leaf Season in September and October probably the best value going for hunters. Nancy is invovlved with a medical business and Jasen flies for United Airlines . He handles most of the bookings so email is better since he may have his cellphone off during flight.
