Tämä tilava 2 mh: n huoneisto sijaitsee 1500-luvulta peräisin olevassa rakennuksessa vanhassakaupungissa kuuluisan Place Rossettin vieressä kahviloineen, ravintoloineen, jäätelöbaareineen ja upealla Sainte Réparate -katedraalilla. Rannat, ostosmahdollisuudet, hienot ruokailut, jännittävä yöelämä, ulkomarkkinat, museot ja Castle Hillin luonto ovat kaikki 5 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä.
Huoneistossa on valoisa ja ilmava iso olohuone, erillinen ruokailutila. Suuressa makuuhuoneessa on parivuode ja pienemmässä makuuhuoneessa kaksi erillistä vuodetta. Kaksinkertaiset ikkunat on asennettu molemmissa makuuhuoneissa hiljaista yöunia varten ..
Aurinko paistaa suurten ikkunoiden läpi molemmissa makuuhuoneissa ja olohuoneessa aurinkoisina päivinä ottaen huomioon asunnon eteläisen valotuksen.
Äskettäin uusittu keittiö on täysin varustettu kaasuliesi korkealla polttimella ja ihana ranskalainen parveke. Kylpyhuone on myös hiljattain remontoitu mukava iso kylpyamme ja suihku.
Tämä huoneisto kutsuu sinut koomaan Nizzan parhaat puolet, aivan vieressä.
Sinusta tulee vain muutaman korttelin päässä rannalta, kaupoista, ravintoloista ja ulkona sijaitsevista ruoka- ja kukkamarkkinoista (maanantaina on antiikkimarkkinat). Sulje kuljetus: pääbussipysäkit ovat viiden minuutin kävelymatkan päässä, ja TRAM-pysäkki on 2 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä asunnosta. Akropolis on vain 2 nopeaa raitiovaunupysäkkiä tai lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä.

Great spot for a good price

We loved having 2 bedrooms, a bathtub, full kitchen and being blocks from the beach. The rooms were pretty spacious. So many good restaurants in the area. Just walking around old Nice never got old (we were there 3 weeks). The windows were surprisingly sound proofed, although we could hear a lot from others in the building.

Great Location

This was a nice place right in the heart of Old Town Nice. A lot of stairs, so be prepared. We loved being right next to the Cathedral and hearing the bells in the tower. Such a great experience. Wifi was hard for us to get onto, A simplified password would help. We would stay again.

Great stay overall!

A very clean, well-equipped apartment that had everything we needed for our stay. The location is great, right in the middle of the old town but (as with any property in this area), it is loud at night, even with the windows closed. Would definitely recommend if you're looking to be in the middle of it all and close to the beach.

Almost perfection

Everything in the property was as stated in the listing, we enjoyed our stay there. Two little recommandation: Communicating with the Owner would be a lot easier through What's app as most of the international travelers do. Although the apartment was very well equipped, an espresso coffee machine would be nice to have.

Nice, July 2024 vacation

Great location in Old Nice. Great communication and easy check in. Only 4 stars overall because of the uncomfortable larger bed, that isn't the same as the property describes it. Bullet amenity listing calls it a queen bed, owner describes it later as a double. It's really full/double, not the queen as listed in the bullets. Otherwise, it was a perfect place and great vacation.

Great Old Town Location

Clean, spacious, comfortable apartment in the heart of old town Nice. Seven short flights of stairs to the apartment might be a challenge for some people. The apartment is close to everything, including the markets, shops and beach promenade. We would return to this apartment for another week when the lock box is replaced (making it easier to open on arrival and for leaving the key on departure). Also recommend clearer instructions for accessing the wifi Other than that the apartment is wonderful Thanks

Spacious apartment smack in the middle of the Veille Ville.

The apartment is quite large with high ceilings and well furnished. There are plenty of windows to let sunlight in. All the needed appliances are there. The only weakness was the internet speed and Wi-Fi coverage but Liz will upgrade that. The double pane windows keep the street noise out as you are surrounded by great restaurants and tourist sites. The beach is a 5-7 minute walk to the Promenade des Anglais. The owners responded immediately to any of my questions. There are plenty of towels and linens. The apartment is on the third floor ( 4th in USA terms) and requires scaling several stairs as there is no elevator. After a few days this became easier and easier. I have stayed at many VRBO’s throughout the world and definitely would stay here again.

Appart bien situé mais avec beaucoup de défauts non précisés dans l'annonce / Apartment well located

Appart bien placé au cœur du vieux Nice mais avec quelques points négatifs qui mériteraient d’être connus avant de louer : lit 2 places (futon) beaucoup trop dur, 3 étages et demi d’escaliers, ni volets ni rideaux occultants dans les chambres, boite à clefs dehors très compliquée à ouvrir ou fermer, cuisine refaite à neuf mais pas assez équipée (pas assez de poêles et casseroles, pas de planche à découper, pas de saladier, etc.). La télé ne fonctionnait pas (apparemment depuis la semaine précédente…), la femme de ménage de Nice dont on nous avait donné les coordonnées n’a jamais répondu aux messages, la vaisselle était sale, la propriétaire n’échange par mail qu’en anglais. Bon, la semaine a été agréable parce que le vieux Nice est très plaisant et que l’appart est bien placé… Apartment well located in the heart of old Nice but with some negative points that deserve to be known before renting: bed 2 places (futon) much too hard, 3 floors and half of stairs, neither shutters nor blackout curtains in the rooms, key box outside very complicated to open or close, kitchen redone to new but not equipped enough (not enough pans and pans, no cutting board, no salad bowl, etc.). The TV was not working (apparently since the previous week…), the housekeeper from Nice whose contact information we were given never answered the messages, the dishes were dirty, the owner only exchanges by email in English. Well, the week has been nice because the old Nice is very pleasant.

Old Town Nice with lots of space.

Great property with lots of space. Property manager was very accommodating to add days and drop bags early. There are quite a few stairs with no lift so could be an issue with older travelers.

Great apartment overlooking Rossetti Square in Old Nice

The apartment was very clean and spacious, nicely furnished, and modern. There are air conditioners in the bedrooms which are a necessity in the summer. Old Nice is a very busy area with lots of noise late into the night. The apartment has modern double paned windows that do an amazing job of blocking the outside noise. The apartment is on the third floor of a 4 story building (no elevator) with 7 short steep flights of steps leading to the apartment door. This was a concern when booking the apartment online; however, the steps were manageable during our stay. On the plus side, being on the third floor gives great views of the street and areas below. The property managers were very proactive in communicating with us prior to our stay. They provided detailed information on how to operate equipment in the apartment and also provided recommendations on local restaurants and attractions in Nice. Overall, this is a great apartment with great property managers.

Beautiful apartment in the best location in Old Nice

I couldn’t have been happier with the apartment. It’s location in Old Nice near Place Rossetti was as central as it gets., a 2 minute walk to the market and restaurants of the Cours Saleya and a five minute walk to the beach. The apartment itself was quiet with sound proof windows even though there was great life right outside. It was spacious and comfortable with a state of the art kitchen and bathroom. The air conditioning kept us cool day and night. I couldnt have asked for anything more.

Nice is great off-season

Great to get some sun and culture in Off-Season Nice. The crowds are much smaller and easy to get into the great restaurants in the Old Town. Just a lovely bright apartment with a great kitchen and bathroom. Will book here again next fall. We really enjoyed our stay.

What a great apartment and location

We have stayed here before several times. But this is the first time we saw the newly renovated kitchen and new windows which made the bedrooms really quiet at night. When we return next year we will for sure stay here again if available.

Very roomy and great location

I read in a Nice guide book a recommendation that you not stay in Old Town (Vieille Ville) Nice but instead book a new hotel with air conditioning in another part of the city. I could not disagree more. Old Town is magical - with it's tiny streets and alleys bustling with shops and restaurants. This apartment is in a great location, right around the corner of the plaza of the Basilique-Cathédrale Sainte-Marie et Sainte-Réparate de Nice (great landmark for finding your way back to the apartment). It was a very short walk to the Cours Saleya market and the beach, and about a 10 minute (at most) walk to the Monoprix supermarket outside of Old Town. The apartment is on the third floor and has great air flow when you open all the windows. There are also air conditioners in the bedroom that make it comfortable for sleeping. The apartment is very light and spacious (bigger than it appears in the pictures). The kitchen has a large fridge and everything you need to cook if you wish. Our communication with Marvin was excellent and he provided lots of useful information for both the apartment (operating the washer, air conditioners, etc.) and the surrounding area (bus from the airport, restaurants, wine and pasta shops, etc.). Would highly recommend a day trip to Eze Village (1,50 Euro for a beautiful bus ride to the Village). We also rented a car one day (in Nice, not the airport) and drove up to Gourdon in the Alps-Maritmes for lunch and then went on a canyoning trip in the Gorges Du Loup (with a company called Les Geckos). The drive was beautiful and not very far and the canyoning trip was amazing. Old Town Nice is great and this apartment is a wonderful place to stay for your visit.

Amazing location

This apartment is located right in the center of the old town in Nice. Great restaurants are literary just at your feet and of cause also to be mentioned Nice's best ice cream parlor. The apartment is lovely, big, clean and nicely modern furnished. A big bathroom with a big tub is nice to come home to after a day at the beach. I look forward to come back to this apartment and feel like a 'native' again. I highly recommend this apartment.
