2/1 Vuodepaikkoja 5. Äskettäin uusittu uima-altaan koti trooppisessa ympäristössä. Nauti Floridan lehdet, kun siemailet kahviasi terassilla tai olohuoneesta rentoutuessasi. Rehevä lehtien ympärillä luoda kaunis ja rentouttava "päästä pois" ilmapiiri.

Täysin uusi keittiö - Uusi jääkaappi, astianpesukone ja liesi, kaapit ja graniitti. Vain 7 minuutin päässä rannalta ovelta ovelle! Kaunis trooppinen koti. Queen-vuode makuuhuoneessa, 2 erillistä vuodetta toisessa makuuhuoneessa ja ulosvedettävä sohva olohuoneessa. Kodissa on myös pesukone ja kuivaaja! Omistaja paikan päällä.

Runsaasti pysäköintitilaa - riittää 4 autolle. Sijaitsee turvallisessa sisäisessä yhteisössä, jossa on kauniit puitteet.

Olemme lähellä vesiurheilua, ravintoloita, tenniskenttiä ja puistoja. Hotelli sijaitsee erinomaisella paikalla West Palm Beachin ja Boca Ratonin välissä. Vain 11 minuutin päässä Palm Beachin kansainväliseltä lentokentältä.

A wonderful experience!

This is a beautiful property with well cared for lush gardens and a swimming pool. Truly a paradise. The house is extremely well cared for and was immaculately clean. Chris and Char are the perfect hosts in that they are attentive if you need them but also respect your privacy.All in all, it was a delightful vacation and we highly recommend this property and hosts if you are looking for a great stay in sunny Florida.

Tremendous home and owners

I have used VRBO for many years. This home was simply perfect, the best, that I ever stayed at. Clean, perfect for a single or small family. I basically fish when I take my vacation and like to cook at home.: The home is setup superbly for this (and if one wishes to eat out, well located!) The general location is lovely (anyone who knows South Florida understands that what once was S. FLA is mostly gone) and this home is in a beautiful "real" FL neighborhood. If you wish to fish or just enjoy a few weeks this home is perfectly located. Best of all. The owners Chris and Char are always there if you need them, but also are very respectful of one's privacy. They are just great folks and new friends of mine. I highly recommend this home with highest possible enthusiasm for anybody that wishes to have nice stay in South Florida.

Paradise in Hypoluxo Florida

This is the perfect rental. All the little extras were included (coffee, soaps, laundry and much more). The owners are on site and ready to help with anything and very friendly. The resident dog made our time without our dog at home a lot more fun. We had our own driveway to park. It is located close to everything. Although I had never heard of HYpoluxo, it is a great place to stay. Near Boynton Beach and Del Ray. Lots of restaurants. Swimming pool right outside out patio (although not heated). We will be back!

RELAXING IN THE TROPICS!

The property was lovely with many tropical plants and trees. The house had everything that we needed. Wish we could have used the pool more but it was to cold as it was not heated. Our friends were in the area also so it made for an xtra nice time. The proximity of the property was wonderful as it was only a short drive to the beach. My husband and I like to walk and we were able to that also and we found some good restaurants. The hosts Char and Chris were very nice and gave us our privacy and cared that we were comfortable. They also have a dog named Picasso who was so sweet and am sure he is missing our attention. Even though the hosts were so gracious and said we could use their grill our only suggestion would be to have one for the rental property and perhaps comfortable lounge chairs by the pool. (or next time I would bring lounge chairs),That is probably our hang up as we do not like to intrude. In closing we want to say we enjoyed our time immensly and was a pleasure meeting you Char and Chris . Your home is lovely with alot of special little touches. Perhaps we will meet again!

Lush tropical gardens surround this beautiful, peaceful home and pool.

This home was beyond our expectations. My 2 sisters, husband and I spent a week and can't say enough how pleased we were. The hosts greeted us with such kindness that we felt we were old friends. The house and property are beautiful and so peaceful. We had everything we needed and supplies like soaps and paper products for the first day. The beds are very comfortable. We all slept great. The house is quiet, but close to everything. We have been in FL many times, this was the best ever.

Simply beautiful and peaceful

My husband and I recently spent 2 weeks here. This setting exceeded our expectations. The property is even more beautiful then the pictures. The pool is sparkling. We just had such a great time. The space was perfect for us and some company we had over. The neighborhood is right on the water and nice to walk around. Char and Chris are great hosts! I would definitely recommend this to others and hope to come back some day.

A Hidden Gem

This is an amazing two bedroom, three beds house with one full bathroom, a kitchen, a laundry room, a living room, and start-up amenities. The backyard is nothing short of an oasis with gorgeous tropical plants and trees and a large, clean pool. The owners are always available should the need arise. Just a short drive to local beaches and great restaurants. A quiet and private place to come back to at the end of the day.

Perfect accomodations

Chris and Char are the consummate hosts. The accommodations were perfect. A separate house with your own entry. The rooms are large and beds are comfy. Plenty of seating in the living room and a dining table for eating or playing games. A large desk in the main bedroom good for computer work or putting together a puzzle. The laundry room was great considering my week stay, also for wet towels and bathing suits. The pool is large and crystal clear situated in a tropical paradise setting. Char and Chris have perfected the art of being friendly hosts willing to chat and visit, but giving the guests their privacy and own family time as well. The location is close to grocery stores, fast food and shopping; convenient to the beaches and freeway. All in all a great experience.

You will love the view from your living room as you enjoy the tropical atmosphere or sitting on the patio sipping your coffee. Once you walk through the gate, you've entered a new world that invites you to exhale and unwind. A true vacation home! Relax inside or out by the pool!

We do have a pup on the property and are very sensitive to our guests. If you like dogs, he will be your best friend. If you're not a dog fan, let us know and we will keep him away. We always want our guests to be comfortable and feel as if you are in your own comfortable setting!
