Nauti ilmaisesta golfista, ilmaisesta kalastuksesta, ilmaisesta purjelautailusta, ILMAISEKSI Baytowne Wharfin seikkailualueen passista ja ILMAISISTA elokuvien vuokrauksesta loman jokaisena päivänä. 1 aikuinen passi toimintaa kohti päivässä. Tutustu SoWal-pakettiin ei sisällä yli 14 yön oleskelua. Siellä tulee kovaa melua, työntekijöitä on kiinteistössä ja ikkunoiden ulkopuolella telineissä, pölyä ja roskia ilmassa. Parvekkeelle ei p��äse 15. lokakuuta 2019–15.12.2019 välisenä aikana ja parvekekalusteet varastoidaan kiinteistön sisäpuolelle rajoittaen sisätilaa. Great location and condo!!

We love staying at Tides! The amenities and view are amazing. Condo was clean and well maintained. Beds were comfortable, beach decor was a plus and sitting furniture was comfortable. The one suggestion is to update the paperwork to state you can check out the equipment for pickle ball, tennis, putt putt golf, and shuffle board from the office on the ground floor. Our paper work stated no equipment is provided due to COVID. We got lucky and saw someone getting this from the office. We will be back!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Me and my son rented a unit here along with several other families for their eighth grade spring break trip. We were yelled at and harassed by the security officer for supervising our children in a pickleball tournament. Im aware of the rowdy spring breakers down the road, but to be harassed for a family friendly, quiet gathering was beyond ridiculous. I saw this man harassing other teenagers on the resort who were not making any noise whatsoever. This vacation was too expensive to be treated like this and paranoid just to walk around the resort. Condo was beautiful but would never come back due to the security.

We love the fourth floor views of the pools, beach and ocean, and being able to hear the ocean. The balcony is quite large and its furniture very adequate. The kitchen was well stocked. We have been very impressed with Gibson property management. They respond immediately if there is a request. The resort has lots of places to walk, miniature golf, shuffleboard, pickleball, and a basketball court. We love the location close to Grand Boulevard with its restaurants and shops and the short drive to 30-a. Overall we were very happy with our condo and the resort. The only negative was that the furniture is a little “tired.”

Management not responsive

The refrigerator was beeping when we arrived at night. We were not able to make it stop. Called afterhours number and not one returned our call until 8 the next morning. Not able to sleep because the beeping was so loud. The mattresses are horrible! My husband can sleep on anything and could not sleep on this mattress.

Great condo

My family and I enjoyed are beautiful condo on the beach. We had great family time and just relaxing together. Beautiful views and clean atmosphere. The only thing we would have lived more was if the pool was heated. It was always so cold and we couldn’t really enjoy it! Other than that we had a great time at the beach

Overall good condo interior but hard to keep floors clean due to sand and dirt. Power receptacles hard to get to in guest room, some wall switches malfunctioning and need to be replaced. Door handles very loud when turning. Great back deck with great views. Bathrooms were great. Great site amenities and partnership with xplorie.

The condo was clean, spacious and everything we could ask for. The property had several things to do, great swimming pools, great on site restaurant and an amazing view of the gulf! Would definitely stay again!

Great experience at Tops’l Tides

I would definitely recommend this resort for families. We really enjoyed our stay and already plan on going back. The view was outstanding from our room! We saw dolphins everyday♥️ The only issue with the room was the floors. My 11 month old would crawl around and her pants would be extremely dirty and she would have black stains on her knees and feet. I would also recommended some updated beach chairs. The ones in the room were very outdated and broken. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and will hopefully be back in the future. Thank you tor a great stay.

Beautiful unit, amazing view, extra large balcony. Love the property. Very safe, gated community with basketball, mini golf, tennis, pickle ball - beautiful beach. Gibson - the property management company was easy to do business with and to stay engaged with via text when we had questions or concerns. Quick to respond. Not a lot of on-site food/ drink options but Publix is close by

Our view over the pools to the ocean was gorgeous and we could hear the ocean waves all day and night. The grounds were lovely and well kept. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you might need. The balcony was huge and the furniture was comfortable. Tops’l is ideally located close to Grande Boulevard and Baytown Wharf. Gibson’s management team was very responsive to any of our requests. We will be back next year!

Fantastic Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We LOVE staying at Tops’l! It easy to get to and just outside of the craziness that is Destin during Fall/Spring Break. Easy access to dining, shopping and attractions. The tiki hut on-site is amazing. The bartender is phenomenal! And they have a decent selection of food. Great for those nights when you come off the beach and the kids are just too tired to go wait at a restaurant. Or go grab a drink/lunch to enjoy during beach or pool time. Our unit was clean and ready for our arrival. Our dishwasher was not working upon arrival (we didn’t even realize as we had not used it yet) and a maintenance man showed up to fix it. He was told by management that the unit was empty. Luckily he knocked first!! He fixed it quickly. Gibson Beach Rentals has been and continues to be a fantastic rental management company that we will rent from again!
