Tämä Oseania condo # 504 unohdetaan 574 metriä yksityistä sokerin valkoista hiekkarantaa, ja jaetut vain 71 deluxe-asunnossa. Katso Condo-videomme ja muita valokuvia linkistä, joka on annettu heti alla olevien omistajatietojen jälkeen.

Oseaniassa on yksi Destinin suurimmista neliön jalkoista yksikköä kohti. Huoneisto sijaitsee Destin sydämessä Holiday Isle. Yksityinen aidatulla kiinteistöllä on varattu katettu pysäköintialue. Tarjoamme sinulle etäportin avaajan helppoa käyttöä varten.

Keittiössä on graniittitasot ja ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetut kodinkoneet, kaupallinen keurig-kahvinkeitin ja viininjäähdytin. Kaikissa kolmessa huoneessa on oma kylpyhuone, televisio ja DVD-soitin. Olohuoneessa on 47 tuuman LCD-televisio. Langaton internetyhteys tarjotaan ilman lisäkustannuksia. Peilatussa baarissa on jääpalakone viihdyttäviin tarpeisiisi.

Makuuhuoneessa voit maata parivuodessa ja katsella auringonnousua, kalastusveneitä ja para-purjehtijoita. Master-kylpyammeessa on poreallas, erillinen suihku ja kaksoisallas-turhamaisuus. Näkymä kahdesta vierashuoneesta on Destinin satamasta.

40-jalkaiseen parvekkeeseen pääsee kolmesta liukuovien sarjasta ja se tarjoaa mukavan rottinki-sohvan, kaksi ylimitoitettua tuolia, joissa on ottomaanit, ruokasali- ja rento pöytiä ja tuoleja. Parveke on erittäin suuri ja tarjoaa 200 neliömetriä lisää asuintilaa.

Perfect Mother’s Day Get Away!

We had a wonderful Mother’s Day weekend! The property was well maintained and clean. The pool was excellent and an easy walk to the beach. We will definitely stay again.

Decorated Beautiful

The condo is a great location. It is beautifully decorated, and looks expensive. The condo, is kinda dark at night, but over all we enjoyed ourselves. Easy beach access.

Escaping Reality on the Best Beach in America

The moment you pull into this property, life is left at the gate. Here, you can escape reality on the pristine white sands & crystal clear turquoise water. The pool is heated, the beach is private, the unit is well stocked so you never have to leave. The beds were amazingly comfortable and couches on the balcony are an incredible coffee spot. We only left for donuts every morning at The Donut Hole.

Wonderful Condo!

This is a wonderful condo! Floor to ceiling windows overlooking the beautiful gulf from most rooms. No check in process. Eileen sends detailed instructions that makes it so easy. This condo is very well maintained and is very clean. Extra nice details include an ice machine and a huge balcony where we spent much of our time when not on the beach. It also has a huge closet filled with beach toys and floats (we brought our own not realizing there would be so many toys). The entire property is very clean, well maintained with nice landscaping, gulf front pool and a very helpful and friendly staff. I loved this condo and our family plans to book it again next year. We highly recommend Oceania 504!

Beautiful Spacious Condo

The location was amazing, steps away from the beautiful Destin Beach. The condo itself was wonderful. So spacious, beautifully decorated and had everything good we needed. Thanks for letting us stay. We will be back!

2022 Girls Beach Week

Perfect condo for our annual beach week. Wonderful balcony with enough seating for all 6 of us to enjoy the beautiful ocean only steps away. Can’t wait until we can come back next year.

Almost perfect

This property had tons of potential. The condo was well stocked and comfortable. It was close to attractions and the beach was gorgeous. There were dolphins all over and they were fun to watch. The only issue we had was the condo company doing updates. They were painting and had heavy machinery all over. Our parking space wasn't available (short walk from the open parking), the harbor view bedroom windows were sealed with plastic so you couldn't open them or see through, the balcony was being painted part of the time and wrapped in plastic our whole stay, and the swimming pool was closed until our final day there. Eileen did communicate some of these things to us the day before we arrived, and had appeared to have been given misinformation from the condo company herself. She was very reasonable and offered to refund us half of our rental fee. Aside from the updating, the condo was great and I would rent from Eileen again.

Everything we needed

Property was exactly as shown. Very spacious. Great view from large balcony. Kitchen was well equipped - only thing missing was a pizza cutter. Beds were on soft side but comfy. Perfect location - close to shopping and restaraunts.

Great location and excellent accommodations

Communication between the owner was excellent. The condo is conveniently located to many restaurants and activities. The condo was furnished nicely and provided a lot of amenities (hairdryer, remote gate opener when entering condo, ample kitchen utensils, spices and came with starter of garbage bags, soaps, and laundry detergent). Highly recommend staying at this condo!

Spring Break 2021

This was exactly what we needed for a great Spring Break trip. The view is amazing. Our stay was wonderful. The condo was fabulous in every way. Next time I’ll know to pack less because everything we needed was already there. Already planning our next visit. Highly recommend!

Wonderful condo and location

We enjoyed our stay the first week of October. The location to the beach was perfect and the view from the condo was exceptional. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed since we cooked all our meals. The only thing missing was no containers to put your leftovers. Luckily we thought to bring some. Eileen (the owner) was a pleasure to work with and was available for questions when we had them. We highly recommend this condo.

Great place to stay

Relaxing beach stay

Well maintained, great location! Some nice conveniences like large storage closet just outside the unit for beach items and an ice machine. Extra large balcony overlooking the pool and beachfront for outdoor dining or relaxing. Very comfortable and spacious condo!

Holiday Isles Retreat

First, Eileen was a gracious host and addressed any question along the booking process and during our actual stay! Her condo is absolutely beautiful and well appointed with fantastic ocean views! We enjoyed the resort feel of the community with the feeling of a private beach access. The weather wasn’t accommodating our desire to be on the beach as much as we planned. However, the area was interesting to explore as well. Definitely will rebook this property and highly recommend others to experience it as well. Lisa

Perfect family beach trip

Stayed for an impromptu vacation with my young children and my retired parents. The layout was perfect to give us family time yet enough space for privacy when needed. Easy beach access, great swimming pool, and near main restaurants, Target and beach activities. Will be staying here again!

Loved Oceania 504!

Oceania 504 was absolutely perfect for our family. The condo is beautiful, clean, and fully stocked with everything needed to enjoy a peaceful week. We were very happy with the balcony view and seating, as well as the location of the building and unit itself. We felt very secure with parking lot and beach gates. The beach is quickly accessible and the unit includes daily chair(2)/umbrella set up and tear down. Also, our two 16 year olds were easily able to rent paddle boards right at our location and kept plenty busy. The unit has an outdoor closet full of extra chairs, pool floats, and beach toys. Plenty of shopping and dining are near by, as well as Starbucks, Target, and Win-Dixie. Another bonus for us and our teens! The Owner of Oceania 504 and VRBO made our Spring Break 2019 unforgettable! We feel confident you will have the same experience as our family did! Trish T and family!!

Simply Put… The BEST of the BEST !!

My family and I have stayed at Oceania for Thanksgiving for 10+ years. This year we had a need to find another unit at Oceania. I vetted many of the condos listed here on VRBO. We decided to spend our Thanksgiving week at Eileen's unit 504. WOW! What a great call! At the time of booking and prior to our arrival, her communication was terrific! We arrived to a clean, well furnished, modernly decorated condo with the absolute BEST view of the Gulf of Mexico that one could ask for! Ordinarily, when staying for a week in a condo, one encounters something maintenance related. Other than some batteries in a remote that needed replacing, everything was perfect! The heated pool was AWESOME for this time of year! The weather cooperated every day except one and our son played endlessly on the most beautiful beaches on the world! Simply put… if you are reading this review as you are searching for that perfect condo to vacation with your family and/or friends…. you cannot go wrong and will be elated with this unit! We will be returning to Destin and Oceania for Thanksgiving again next November and unit 504 will be our destination! I know that you will experience the same hospitality that we did! We are thrilled that we found Eileen and unit 504!

Love Oceania 504!

The location is perfect--close to the elevator, pool, ocean and parking. We will rent this unit again next year, if available. Thank you for sharing your condo with us. We had a wonderful week with our family.

Would stay here again!

Loved, loved, loved this condo! I looked at tons of condos on VRBO and we picked this one because it had the nicest patio furniture {among other things} and we were not disappointed, it was beautiful and comfy! The view was fabulous, we saw dolphins everyday and it was a nice quiet area. It was a perfect size for 3 couples to stay comfortably.

My husband, Bob and I live in northern Virginia outside of Washington, D.C. We like to escape to Oceania and enjoy the water and the beach. We wanted to buy a beach condo since we were first married. Our growing family of three sons and six grandchildren love to come to Oceania. We just wish we lived closer to Destin. We also love boating, tennis and snow skiing.

We decided to buy our condo at Oceania because of the outstanding view of the Gulf and private beach. We love the squeaky sound when you walk across the sand. It reminds us of walking in snow. The condo is large and well designed so that it gives us a spacious feeling that we have never had in any other condo. The balcony is huge and very comfortable. It can easily hold the whole family with room to spare!

Oceania is located on Holiday Isle which is off the busy highway 98. It is close to everything without the busy traffic and crowds. We enjoy the quiet pool, beach and beautiful landscaping at Oceania. There are so many restaurants nearby that is hard to choose where to go. The many activities include: shopping, mini golf, para sailing, boating, fishing and going to Destin harbor to walk around the boats. You can also go on a sunset cruise or snorkeling trip. I think my blood pressure drops by 20 points when I am in Oceania.
