Separate apartment is part of the deal when you book this charming space and is upstairs with its own entrance for those who want to vacation from a few steps away from the others or who may require more quiet time. You will enjoy the coziness and serene surroundings inside and out of this entire property. The back deck is the perfect place to have a meal fresh off the barbecue! Cocktail pool has a sun shelf perfect for sunning while staying cool. With four bedrooms, including the apartment, this is the perfect vacation spot for families and friends looking to get away. Beaches are all close and you have a variety to choose from. Downtown is full of history and charm, and it isn't hard to imagine the days of years gone by as you stroll the cobblestone streets and admire the historic buildings, each with their own stories to tell. Tantalizing scents from so many fabulous restaurants lure you in to try their temptations. You will be so very glad you did! Some of the most seasoned chefs reside here and their creations will make your mouth water! The shops are filled with amazing things to buy, and you will not be able to resist some of the beautiful artwork by our very talented locals. Back over the Bridge of Lions, and about a twenty-minute walk puts you back to Lighthouse Retreat just in time for cocktail hour. A dip in the pool, your favorite beverage and the cool cross breezes that pass here between Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterways find their way to you as Lighthouse Retreat sits right in the midst of all this magic. A quaint friendly subdivision with people who say "hello" as they pass by. Quiet streets, some with sidewalks to safely take a morning stroll, walk your dog, or ride a bike. For those who love to walk, it is about a 20-minute walk to over the Bridge of Lions and downtown where the streets and architecture are richly colored in history! Many shops and restaurants line the boulevard, and you will find treasure after treasure when taking your daily walk. Local artists abound and it just might be the St Augustine vibe, or the fresh sea air, or the gentle breezes that make you want to stay forever. The island where this wonderful home is located is one of the best places to be. Wide white sandy beaches dotted with sand dunes that are covered in Sea Oats. Pelicans perched here and there, and Roseate Spoonbills, Egrets, and Herons all make their homes here. It is a wonderful place to play and stay.

You must be at least 25 years of age in order to make a reservation. The person who makes the reservation must occupy the residence for the duration of the reservation.

Dogs only -- Up to two dogs are welcome for a non-refundable fee of $150 for the first dog and $250 for two dogs per visit and must be disclosed prior to arrival or you are subject to $500 fine. Please clean up after your dog(s). If our cleaning team has to, you will be fined $500. No other pets allowed. Thank you.
