Near HSV beaches! Beautiful wooded view behind townhome with a delightful "babbling bubbling brook"! Short walk to the Coronado Fitness Center / Tennis Courts! Come enjoy all the amenities HSV has to offer!

NOTE: The townhome is two levels. Both bedrooms and the full bath are located downstairs. The living room, kitchen, and a half bath are upstairs (entry level).

perfectly peaceful retreat

Allyson has obviously gone to great lengths to create a soothing setting for visitors, and the wooded view from the back deck is the icing on the cake. I spent five days in this quiet little neighborhood and look forward to visiting again. Thank you Allyson for being so responsive to my requests and for checking in on me.

Loved Just Beachy

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Just Beachy. The condo was clean, comfortable and has a very nice beach theme. The location inside HSV was great! The owners provided everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again!

Many of her adventures have come through outreach and mission trips. Allyson is experienced in interior design, property management, and event planning.

As the property manager/interior designer for MGP, she desires to create memorable spaces that will leave our guests feeling their stay with us was more than just a place to lay their heads but rather an unforgettable experience they'll want to return to. Why not? :) Just beachy is located in Hot Springs Village, AR -A master planned community with an abundance of amenities! The home is creatively decorated with your comfort in mind! Ideally it sleeps four on the two queen beds, but a fifth person could sleep on the trundle in the guest room and an airbed is provided for parties up to six. The upper deck has a hammock and table seating for four. The lower patio has comfortable outdoor furniture with a coffee table and cute décor.
