Welcome to...FIRESIDE FUN! This mellow cabin is a Brand-New Luxury Cabin that is flawless and the ideal spot for the upcoming seasons! It is located in beautiful Winding Creek Reserves development of Broken Bow, only minutes away from Hochatown and Broken Bow Lake. It's private and peaceful, with gorgeous views of the hardwood forest and colorful sunsets. The white walls and high ceilings pair perfectly with the splash of color all throughout this stunning getaway.

With 2 King bedrooms, one with an ensuite, a Bunkroom with 2 sets of bunks that have Twin beds over Fulls, this alluring mini palace sleeps 10! Both bathrooms have walk-in showers and plenty of counterspace!

If you're looking for outdoor adventures, you will have neighborhood access to 2 stocked ponds within walking distance of your cabin. You're also only ten minutes to town. Hochatown has zip lining, go carting, a petting zoo, an arcade and lots of restaurants for fun family dinners. Don't forget to take time to enjoy one of our many scenic hiking trails! We are certain Fireside Fun will provide an unforgettable getaway for you and your family! We hope to see you soon!

Housekeeping provides a starter supply of basic essentials. These supplies will not be replenished.
Below is a list of the items:

- 1-2 rolls of toilet paper, per bathroom
- 1 bottle of hand soap, per bathroom
- 2 bathroom garbage bags, per bathroom
- 1 bottle of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, per shower
- 1 roll of paper towels
- 1 bottle of dish soap
- 2 sponges
- 4 dishwasher pods
- 4 tall kitchen garbage bags
- 5 coffee pods
- Coffee grounds for 1 pot of coffee
- Coffee filters
- Small powder creamer
- Small sugar
- Salt/ pepper
- 1 small bottle of laundry soap
- 1 small container of hot tub chlorine (to use after each use as directed)

We encourage you to have a great time, but respect the cabin and neighboring cabins. Sounds travel very far in the remote areas of forest.

Beautiful get away in the woods! This cabin exceeded expectations. It is breath taking with all of the amenities you need. Easy to use fireplace, full kitchen, plenty of linens, and tons of space for girls nights in.

Beautiful cabin, nice amenities but...
The property is beautiful but the 2 mile stretch of very bumpy, dusty gravel road is unpleasant. Your car will be covered with dust. The cabin has no lighter or matches for the fire pit so don't forget them! The kitchen has no foil, plastic wrap, baggies or clips for chips. There is salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder and chili powder. That's it for food related items. Bring your own of anything else. I mentioned a few things wrong to the host in an email but didn't receive a reply. I would like to make it a point that there are no safety rails on the upper bunks so plan for that if you have young children. The cabin is very beautiful and the furnishings are very nice and modern.

Wonderful holiday stay.
We stayed a few nights with our family of four. There was plenty of room for us to spread out, and the house was beautiful. It was very well furnished, clean and comfortable. There were large TVs in every room, which our kids loved. The back patio area was a great place to hang out with a fire place and hot tub. The only downside was the amount of construction going on around the cabin. It was a little noisy, and we had to navigate around large trucks going in and out of the neighborhood. It wasn’t too bad though. Overall we had a great time !

FIRESIDE FUN.
This is a beautiful cabin with all the amenities you need for sleeping, cooking, etc. We had a great time at the cabin and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Cons: Bathroom window does not offer an option for privacy so anyone standing in front of the cabin can see you shower. The road to the cabin is long, dusty and extremely bumpy. The cabin is located in a construction zone, and while the patio and outdoor furniture were obviously cleaned prior to our arrival, it did not stay clean very long because the trucks and other vehicles kept the dust stirred up. Our vehicles and boat were filthy - inside and out, so this created a negative experience. When asked about parking the boat in the driveway prior to launching, the agent did advise of the dusty and bumpy road leading to the cabin; however, this was not disclosed prior to renting the cabin. The agent did advise the road would be paved within the next few months which will make this cabin ideal. The communication with the agent was quick and easy. Other than the road to and from the cabin and adding some type of privacy for the window in the hall bath...we loved this cabin. I gave this cabin a 5-star review pending the pavement of the road. If the road is not paved soon, I would change the rating to 3-stars.

Great place for a visit to Broken Bow
The property was pretty amazing! Plenty of room for everyone with a HUGE kitchen and island to cook on. The outdoor TV was great for watching movies from the Hot tub! Everything was absolutely spotless and everyone was super happy with the cabin. The only real downside was that your about 2 miles off of Highway 259 down a badly washboarded dirt road so it's a slightly uncomfortable couple of minutes. Other than that minor hiccup I'd definitely recommend this property. FYI: The actual cabin location is about here: 34.14167062433904, -94.78016922773162
