Enjoy your stay at our serene cottage in Naples park area, 5 mins bike ride to 2 famous beaches or a quick 20 minutes walk to beach. Wonderful location in Naples Park to spend time with family, friends, or business. The home is stocked with all essentials, including fully stocked kitchen, smart TVs, luxury wood flooring, 10 person hot tub, outdoor BBQ grill, four beach cruiser bikes for use, screened-in porch, a large fenced private backyard and so much more! There is plenty to do within walking distance, including bars, high end cinema with mini putt putt golf and restaurants, or relax at home in the hot tub.

Game room is stocked with board games, toys, books, mini ping pong and foosball table for every age group to enjoy.

The home comes with all the essentials you need to enjoy the beach - beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach toys, cooler, etc. Just bring your bathing suit and enjoy our white sand pristine beaches.
Four Beach cruiser bikes are provided for the guests to use, Vanderbilt beach is 5 minute bike ride from the home or a short walk. Watch the mesmerizing sunset at the Vanderbilt beach or Delnor Wiggins pass beach.

Kitchen is well stocked with all the essentials for the chef to enjoy their cooking. The private fenced in backyard has an outdoor gas grill for use.

The screened in-porch has an outdoor dining table and comfortable couch to enjoy our beautiful weather.

Home has backyard outdoor games for the whole family fun, such as bean bag toss, ring toss, etc., to enjoy our beautiful Florida weather.

There is ample parking in the driveway, bring your boat.

This home is less than 2 miles from 2 different beaches, world famous Vanderbilt Beach and Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park Beach, bike or walk to the beach. Only minutes from the infamous Ritz Carlton! Also, the home is perfectly located within walking distance (only .20 miles) from the Naples Florida Mercato with its wonderful shopping, restaurants, music events and bars including Whole Foods and a high-end cinema with mini putt putt golf.

For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, we have external security cameras located on the outside perimeter- front and back of the home. Front camera faces the driveway and back camera faces the backyard where the bikes are stored in the shed.

House rules-
No parties, or events or large gatherings are allowed.
Please ensure to register and include all guests who will be staying at home in your reservation including children. No third party bookings are allowed.
Small/medium dog less than 50 pounds is allowed, please include in the reservation. Additional pet fee will apply. No pet is allowed on the furniture or bed.
This is a No smoking or no vaping home.
Electricity, internet, etc are all provided by 3rd party companies that every once in a while do some necessary maintenance on their services and since we have no control over that, an outage on these services are not grounds for refunds. We provide home furnishings, kitchen items, beach gear, and bikes for your comfort and enjoyment. Please note that any damage or missing items will incur charges and restocking fees.
