This cozy camper is situated next to a stream under a shady canopy of tall trees. The adjoining spring provides cool air and a continuous, peaceful white noise. 25' Passport Elite has a large slide and is perfect for a single or a couple. It sleeps 2 on a Queen size walk around bed, and has two comfortable recliner chairs. Full electric hookup. The kitchen is equipped with gas stovetop, microwave, refrigerator, sink and plenty of counter space. Fresh water tank for a quick shower and bathroom. Stocked with a few plates, kitchen utensils, towels, toaster and coffee pot. Two foldable camp chairs are included. Room to park one vehicle in front of your camper. Private firepit and a picnic table nearby. You may gather kindling and free wood from the surrounding area to burn in your private firepit.

Community Clubhouse is 100 feet down a path and provides larger bathroom/shower, limited kitchen and a Berkey water filter for potable water.

We love dogs. One well-behaved dog is welcome but it must get along with other dogs. We have a large, sweet, playful male that often romps unleashed. His job is to protect the property and keep away unwanted wild animals. Your dog is welcome to be off leash to play and explore under your supervision.
Please do not leave your dog unattended in the camper while you are away for the day.

You may get cell service for AT&T, US Cellular, Xfinity and probably others but not T-Mobile.

Check in is after 2:00pm and before twilight.
