The Space:
This comfortable villa boasts 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and accommodates 12 guests.
- The Master bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom and direct access to the backyard.
- All bedrooms have stylish interior decorations that elevate the whole experience and the sense of relaxation. Every element in this Villa weaves a narrative, from luxurious hues and intricate embellishments to cozy furniture and soothing scents. You will find deco elements such as wood pieces, art, comfy throw-in cushions, top-notch bed linen, and more. Please note that bedroom 4 is a converted garage and bedroom 5 is located in the backyard, and all the bathrooms are located inside the main house.

As for the inside spaces, the Villa was carefully designed to transmit a sense of freedom, lightness and relaxation. In that sense, every space is connected by an open layout that seamlessly connects the living room, dining area, game room, and fully equipped kitchen.

We know our guests appreciate drawing energy from the sun and watching it set behind the mountains, and they will find they can do so in these spaces due to the large windows and glass walls that allow for plenty of natural light and an easy transition between indoor and outdoor spaces. Additionally, the Villa is supplied with all the streaming services to have themed movie marathons and high-speed Wi-Fi in case you need to post anything or check some emails.
The outdoor spaces are my favorite in the Villa. Every guest who has stepped into the house has commented on the stunning pool area with deck chairs and a unique waterfall that gives the name to the Villa. it's super picture worthy. Guests also enjoy the lounge area, which features a dining table, and a BBQ grill with breathtaking views of the San Jacinto mountains. In addition, you can find a ping pong table to enjoy some friendly competition and a fire pit that's great to keep you warm at night and offers a perfect opportunity to bond with everyone over some stories and marshmallows.

* POOL HEATING *
Upon request, our pool can be heated to a soothing temperature of approximately 83 degrees. Please note that there is an extra fee of $109 per night. To ensure service and that the pool reaches the ideal temperature, you should notify us at least 24-48 hours in advance of the day you want to enjoy the service. The payment must be done prior to the arrival.

*Things to note about the pool & outdoor spaces*
-To ensure the Villa is always at its best, our pool cleaner will visit the property on Mondays and Thursdays between 10am - 4pm. On the same note, the gardeners will visit on Mondays or Tuesdays between 8am-5pm. They will access the Villa without prior notice to the guests.
- Due to continuous strong winds in the Palm Springs area, we have discontinued the use of umbrellas in the backyards. As they break and blow away with the wind, they are more of a danger to our guests than helpful.
- We want our guests to feel comfortable and have a safe stay. There is a security camera located at the front entrance facing outside, recording 24/7.

*Things to note about our policies*
- The City of Palm Springs requires an additional written contract which you will be sent before your arrival. The City also requires guests to supply a government-issued ID (driver's license, ID card, passport...) after the confirmation of the reservation and prior to the arrival.
- Delivery of packages before check-in/arrival is not permitted. The host is not responsible or liable for the acceptance, damage, or loss of any mail, packages, or other deliveries sent to the property.
- We care about respecting the local rules and being outstanding members of the community, so music and/or loud noises are not allowed at any time. We have a noise detector located in the living room and one in the patio to only measure decibels and detect higher than normal levels of noise so you can avoid any disagreement with neighbors and/or the city hall.

*Things to note about access to the house*
- Due to Palm Springs law, the first and last name of every guest must be provided to the host before arrival to the Villa.
- Please be sure you have added the correct number of guests in order to see the correct price. Additional overnight guests won’t be authorized.
