Our home underwent a complete renovation during Summer-Fall 2023 and features new plank flooring, new bathrooms, new kitchen with top-of-the-line LG appliances, new LG stacked washer/dryer, and a reverse osmosis (RO) water filtration system to provide fresh clean drinking water and ice.

The master bedroom features a king bed and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower and double-sink vanity. The comfortable guest room also has a king bed and access to the hall bathroom with a walk-in shower. The guest room area can be closed off with a hallway pocket door from the rest of the condo for privacy. Both showers have grab bars for safety.

Our home is fully equipped with smart TVs, in-suite laundry and a full-sized well-stocked kitchen with new appliances, cookware and serving dishes, complimentary high-speed internet / WIFI . We even provide soft and hard-sided coolers for your drinks and snacks.

Centrally located in Holmes Beach, 105 Tiffany Place is near everything you are looking for while enjoying your beach vacation. Shops and dining are a quick walk, bike, or golf cart ride away, or hop on the free island trolley with a convenient stop at the street corner.

The minimum night requirement for this home is no less than fourteen nights. The maximum occupancy is four.
