Fantastic place to stay

Fabulous place to stay. Just a few upkeep items that need addressed: towel rack broke, shower nozzel needs replaced and a few other misc items. This would not detour us from staying again. It was clean, quite and close to everything. Plus Dan was ready to save the day when I locked us out of the condo on the coldest evening of our stay.

1 night stay

We only stayed one night and didn’t check in until after dark. The location was easy to find even after dark and getting in with the directions provided was easy. Everything seemed to be as listed but a couple things could have been better. The shower in the master bedroom had a very slow drain. The water was up to my ankles by the time my shower was done.( I let the owners know about this) You can’t have people taking a shower in both showers at a time because the hot water gets used very quickly and it will run cold. It seemed not to be a problem if you just use one shower right after another. The cleanliness could have been better in the condo just in general but over all was acceptable. The view really is nice from this unit. Over all for our very short stay it got the job done so thank you.

Wonderful family vacation

This was a great two bedroom two bath condo that overlooked the river. We really enjoyed our stay. The condo had everything we need to cook a few meals in. Also was very clean.

Great Condo

Great condo. Clean. Great view! Good supplies! Would like to stay in same condo next year, but not sure how to do that. Minor issues were the kitchen sink faucet wouldn’t stay on, needs tightened. Couldn’t use the deck George Forman because too dirty and unkept,!! otherwise great experience!

Peaceful by the lake

This was a cute little condo / apartment. My husband, son and I definitely enjoyed our stay. I will tell you I was nervous about going here because I read some not so good reviews. This place was clean and they had it stocked with things that others tell you to bring. ( toilet paper, paper towels. laundry soap, shampoo etc. ) we bring all of that stuff with us so we didn’t use it. The things I read about plumbing and stuff never happened while we were there.. no issues and we stayed for a week. We never had to contact the owner for anything. All 3 of us enjoyed sitting on the deck playing dominoes that were there I definitely enjoyed going out in the morning with my coffee enjoying the view and listening to the birds sing. If you are want to visit Brandon definitely give this place a look, you will not regret it. Thank you for allowing us to stay here.

This was perfect for us! Brought my son to visit a show and Silver Dollar City like my grandparents brought me as a kid. This place is in a quiet, clean, out of the way yet close to everything spot right in the river! On the weekends the neighbors were all friendly! Pet friendly! Pets we welcome

We absolutely loved the condo. Very updated in style, quiet and it had everything we needed. Definitely a bonus that we could bring our dog with us. Very Nice

This was a very nice place to stay for us. We stayed 4 nights. We have two 6 year olds and an 11 year old so we were out running during the day and were at the condo only in the evenings. This condo was very well stocked that was very nice. The condo was clean and comfortable. The only problems we had the toilet ran a couple times I took the back off toilet to fix the running toilet so I didn’t have to listen to it and it didn’t run up the the owners water bill. I probably would have given 5 stars if it wasn’t for that. Overall this was a very nice and relaxing stay for our family of 5.

Girl's trip!

It was just me and a good friend I hadn't seen in years... She and I loved the view from the deck. The inside was super cute and clean. We actually thought it was even cuter in person. No complaints really other than the cobwebs on the balcony/deck area...but it is by the water, so i just knocked them down and went on to enjoy our stay.❤
