With renovations completed in November 2024, HOLT’s luxurious and spacious flat is tastefully designed to delight 5-star travelers and exceed all their homely needs. The apartment features massive, light-filled living and dining areas, multiple balconies, comfortable bedrooms, and modern amenities. Stay with HOLT for an unforgettable getaway!
The Space:
The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests, with 3 queen bedrooms distributed throughout this lush space. You will find spacious living and dining areas filled with natural light. The apartment is fully equipped with air conditioning and heating, Smart TVs with loaded streaming apps, high-speed Wi-Fi, a washer, plus a stocked kitchen ready for your culinary adventures. Professionally cleaned by HOLT staff.

The Living Room includes:
• Seating for your whole party on our heavenly sofas and comfy chairs

• An oversized mirror to get ready for a day out exploring the city
• A very comfortable toilet!

Guest Access:
Guests have full and exclusive use of the space during their stay. There may be times when HOLT staff require entry. We will communicate this with you in advance. In the event of an emergency, HOLT reserves the right to enter the property without prior guest approval.

Our property is located in Sector 1, right in the fanciest area of the entire city of Bucharest, just one street away from the beautiful Cismigiu Park, and a short stroll away from Old Town. You will have quick access to the most important landmarks of the city such as the Royal Palace, the Romanian Athenaeum, the Palace of the Parlament, as well as many museums, art galleries, restaurants, and clubs.
Discover historic architecture, old churches, cafés, and the romantic feel that makes this one of the most beautiful areas in the city.
Getting Around:
There are many ways to get around the city. You have very short walking distance to buses, trolleys, taxis, as well as bike and scooter sharing companies and of course, ride hailing services like Uber.
Other Things to Note:
All guests must sign a HOLT rental agreement, submit identification & provide contact details before arrival to receive HOLT's Boarding Pass with check-in and property information. HOLT reserves the right to request a copy of a government-issued ID for each guest in the reservation.
The property has a CCTV security camera on the exterior of the property with a view of the entrance of our property. There are no recording devices in private areas of the apartment. All recordings are deleted after 30 days.
If you are booking for commercial purposes, please notify us in advance with details of your use of the property, as terms and pricing may vary.
This is a pet-friendly property. There is an additional €50 sanitation fee per pet and also a €200 security deposit per pet, which is refundable after your check out when HOLT’s cleaners confirm there is no pet damage. Guests not disclosing they are bringing a pet will be subject to a €500 fee.
