This charming 4-bedroom, 1-bathroom home offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience. This home is located conveniently near Autzen Stadium, Riverbend hospital, The University of Oregon and has easy access to all major freeways. Whether you're here for work, a family getaway, or a visit to the nearby attractions, this charming abode provides a welcoming space to relax and unwind.

Inside, you’ll find a thoughtfully laid-out space with 4 cozy bedrooms that comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. Each bedroom is a welcoming space to relax and unwind complete with a closet and set of drawers for all your clothing storage needs. You will also find a portable fan and heater in each room for your personal sleeping comfort.

Should you need a pack n play during your stay, please let us know prior to arrival and we will make sure it is in the house for you. In the kitchen you will also find plastic kid plates, bowls, silverware and cups.

The well-equipped bathroom is perfect for freshening up before heading out for the day. You can find extra supplies under the sink and additional towels in the hall closet. Please note, this home uses a septic tank, therefore only toilet paper may be flushed.

The living area is warm and inviting with a variety of seating options. Sign into your favorite steaming service to watch your favorite shows while snuggling up with a cozy blanket or connect to our portable speaker to keep the tunes coming.

Connecting the living space to the laundry is our light and bright kitchen. Here you will find everything you need to make your morning coffee as well as all your favorite kitchen essentials.

In the fully equipped laundry room you will find an iron and ironing board, first aid kit, mop, broom and vacuum as well as access to the private backyard. Please note there is a door in the laundry room to access the garage, this will be locked to guests.
