This listing is specifically for a hotel room located within a hotel, distinguishing it from typical residential or apartment accommodations.

- These are TWO separate hotel rooms. Rooms are individually unique and may not be adjoining or adjacent, allocated based on availability upon arrival. The price is for all rooms.

- The property requires a damage deposit of USD 100/stay/unit on the credit/debit card provided. The deposit is required for EACH UNIT and is refunded IN FULL upon check-out.

- Early check-in and/or late check-out are based upon availability and subject to additional fees.

- Early check-out prior to the scheduled departure date will still be charged for whole duration of the stay.

- Following property rules, the minimum age required for check-in is 21 years old.

- The hotel is a 100% smoke-free property. If smoking is detected in a room, a cleaning fee of $250.00 per day will be assessed to the credit card on file.

Each 350sf Studio Suite features:
- Comfy Queen bed;
- Oversized desk;
- Fully equipped kitchen with a full-size fridge, stove-top, dishwasher, microwave, ice-maker. Cookware, plates, and glasses are provided;
- Pots/Pans/Serving Dishes - you don't need to bring a thing!

THE PROPERTY

Our family-friendly property provides the following on-site amenities:
- 24/7 front desk and security;
- Outdoor therapy swimming pool;
- Outdoor patio with Weber BBQ Grills;
- On-site 24/7 fitness area with workout equipment;
- Lending Library to borrow CDs and DVDs for nightly entertainment
- Complimentary use of guest laundry facility (self-serve washer and dryer);
- Private parking is available (parking slot reservation is not required in advance) and costs USD 15 plus tax, per vehicle, per night during peak nights and USD 10 plus tax, per vehicle, per night during non peak dates;
- Pets are allowed for an extra charge of USD 150.00 for the entire stay of 2 or more nights, and USD 75.00 for a 1-night stay only (2 per room, maximum of 80lbs);
- Shuttle bus from the property going to Disneyland is $6 for adults (Ages 9 and above) and $2.50 for kids (Ages 3 - 9)(subject to change without notice);
