Penthouse Leora Pacifico - 2 Masters, 3 parveketta, uima-allas, kuntosali, kävellä kaikkialla!

Tämä suuri kattohuoneisto on kulmayksikköön 3 parveketta vuoristonäköalalla. Kaksi Master sviitit ovat vastakkaisilla puolilla täysin kylpyhuoneet.

Kaksi vierashuonetta ovat keskellä ja jakaa kylpyamme. Täydellinen keittiö on graniittiset ja on avoin olohuone, ruokailutila ja baarikeittiö alue, jotka ovat kaikki avoinna parvekkeet läpi liukuvat lasiovet.

Pesukone ja kuivausrumpu ovat yksikössä.

Monimutkainen on kokopäiväistä turvallisuus oma pieni kuntosali, uima-allas ja grillipaikka. Pysäköinti on aidatulla.

Vuokra-auto ei tarvita. Lentokenttäkuljetukset voidaan järjestää kautta concierge. Aktiviteetit poimia omaisuutta. Kaikki Tamarindo ja Langosta ovat kävelyetäisyydellä.

Family Vacation!

we had a great week staying at the Leora Pacifico! We had a slight AC problem on one of the first days where one of the units was not working properly but the manager communicated with us quickly and had some guys there working on it very quickly. We enjoyed the pool with he kids and the property is within reasonable walking distance to everything you need! They even helped to arrange our transportation to and from the airport! Really positive experience for us :)

Main A/C was not operating till it was fix after 2 day Executive Fridge and Vine cooler not working Cold water supply out of service ( hose connection missing) 2 Bar stool damage Bed cover with a hole other minor details

Contemporary Tamarindo Apartment

Great gem of an apartment near to all the action in Tamarindo. Property Manager Liris is wonderful, on the ball, and very helpful. Her office is in a plaza near the house. The apartment complex is off of a bumpy dirt road, but most of Tamarindo is like that - Hence the three stars above. We had cars, yet we saw many tourist walking up and down the dirt roads leaving their hotels or apartments. It seems like the norm. The property was clean, the apartment just needs some paint touch ups in some areas - not a big deal. We had the Master Room with the soaker tub . Our kids loved it, we took showers in one of the adjacent bathrooms as getting into the soaker tub to shower was not the easiest. This was also not that big a deal to us, but I think it should said in the review. Overall we had a great stay and would recommend the apartment to anyone staying in Tamarindo!

Needs some TLC

This property has a great location near all the nightlife of Tamarindo. Despite the dirt road that you need to walk up and down we didn't mind it too much. The condo itself is spacious and we had lots of room for 7 adults. This condo has so much potential if it was kept up on a regular basis. It is in need of a fresh coat of paint, footprint marks on the wall in the bunk bed room, the walls are worn down looking. The stovetop has been neglected but the oven was clean. There were just enough dishes for all of us but we needed to wash them at every meal. Not that bad as we didn't cook many meals. The biggest problem was that the AC was not working properly . Management was timely in getting someone over to fix it but it took multiple calls and visits before it was finally working which was in day 7 of 11. It was hot in the evenings which made sleeping a little uncomfortable. There were plenty of towels and we did have maid service once while there. The master bathroom tub/ shower combo leaks big time and is need of a really good scrubbing. Would not have taken a bath in it. Beautiful patios but only broken patio furniture. When I enquired prior to arrival I was told that previous guests had taken it to the beach and never returned it which given the hike up and down hill I find hard to believe. Patio chairs would have been nice for our evenings. We just took the kitchen ones outside instead. The pool area was nice but again, in need of a good cleaning. We BBQd one night which was great but we had to clean the area before we could. There was a guy cleaning the pool but with the big trees surrounding it there were always leaves in it which honestly was inderstandable and didn't bother us. It was very quiet. We felt like we were the only ones in the entire place. Never saw anyone else at the pool. Sheets were clean but no comforter on the top bunk which with no AC wasnt too bad but would have been nice. Overall for the price we paid it was an okay accommodation. We really only slept there so we let the little things go. If this property had a paint job, some patio furniture , new stove top and AC that worked properly it would be awesome. Management was easy to deal with prior to and during our visit.

get what you pay for?

Pros-it's affordable,good layout, good water pressure, away from town but not too far to walk, nice pool area. Cons-coffee maker barely worked and blender didn't work, no bedding on top bunk, requested twice, never got it. Bedding not clean, stained and many holes and tears in sheets. Doors scrape floors, loud. Construction happening on property, the idea of bbq-ing at pool is nice, but you have to bring your own propane? BEDS ARE SO HARD. Patio is beautiful!! Too bad there isn't any furniture but a couple of broken chairs! Sofa dirty, kitchen not very well stocked if you plan to cook, (no cutting board, no essentials or spices, oil, tin foil etc, barely enough cups, dishes etc for everyone, we did dishes daily). tiny thread bare bath towels to be used for shower,beach and pool (there are maybe 10 total, if you have a larger group, you each get 1 for all of your needs). No laundry soap (except maybe what we left!). We bought a couple of beach towels and left them there, you're welcome. It served our needs, just know you are responsible for providing almost everything you need. Most frustrating is that we called twice for bedding and no one got back with us, yet housekeepers showed up at 8am on our check out day to ask us when we were leaving. Bottom line, it all depends on what you expect when you are traveling, this may be heaven for others. Had I read other reviews on this property that mentioned the quality of the beds, I would have passed.

Beautiful condo. Great location.

After spending our 1st part of our vacation doing tours and all the ins and outs in Arenal, this condo was perfect for us.. All 9 of us! Very spacious and the pix/description are exactly what you will walk in to (not staged) all very updated. The location was perfect. It was about a 7 min walk in to town and the beach. You will not need a car to get around, everything is walking distance. You will need to go through the property mgmnt., to book your stay. I dealt with Liris and she was a pleasure to speak to. I would absolutely recommend the stay here. Marilyn- San Diego Calif.

The penthouse has many details such as tray ceilings, large closets and a wet bar that are not found in other constructions in the area. The large balconies are a great way to blend indoor and outdoor spaces.

The convenience of not needing a rental car is fantastic, too. Airport transfer can be arranged through the concierge desk and all of Tamarindo and Langosta are walking distance.
