Villa Light of Apollon is set amidst tranquil,rugged countryside offering seclusion and privacy yet only two kilometers away from the town of Dalyan on the South coast of Turkey. As the İztuzu Beach is protected by national and international laws, all houses in the region are located away from the nature and loggerhead turtle hatching zone. Light of Apollon, within this regulation, is located 15 km away from the İztuzu beach. A 15 minute drive will take you to the beach. You can also take a boat from the city center and reach the beach in 20 minutes, mud baths in 15 minutes and the ancient Kaunos in 10 minutes. The closest shopping location is 1 km away and the closest medical service is located 1.5 km away from the villa.

5 bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms can sleep 2 people each. 3 bedrooms have double beds and 2 bedrooms have twin beds that can combine to become double.

Master bedroom has panoramic mountain view to the east. The bathroom has a Jacuzzi with the same stunning view.


Each room has en-suite bathrooms with shower.

The 50 square meter living room has an open plan kitchen with a high table for indoor dining, a fireplace and a large sofa that can seat 6 people. A full HD TV, satellite receiver, DVD player and AppleTV for entertainment. The living room has direct access to the pool and has a close view of the children’s pool. The beach end of the pool has a lower second pool for relaxing with a mountain view.

45 square meter large swimming pool that uses artesian water of the private land. The water is cleaned and chemical levels are maintained daily. The depth of the pool is 1.5m at its deepest. The children’s pool is 6 square meter and 50cm deep and has water jets to be used as an outdoor Jacuzzi.

Beyond the pool is the 30 square meter private sand beach facing the mountains. The sand is regularly cleaned to ensure your health and enjoyment.


Right next to the pool is shaded decking for your relaxation. The tent above the deck provides shade during hot sunny days. Sun beds and chairs are available for your comfort.
