RENTAL AGREEMENT:
Will be required to e-sign before gaining access to the unit. Upon completion of rental agreement, guests will enter credit card for $250 security hold. This is just a preauthorization. Funds will be released 2 days after checkout as long as there is no damage.

NO REFUNDS OR CANCELLATION EXCEPTIONS: No refunds, credits, or cancellation exceptions will be issued outside of the standard cancellation policy due to weather conditions or other personal unforeseen circumstances. Please consider purchasing travel insurance if this is a concern.

UNIT ACCESS IN CASE OF EMERGENCY: In case of emergency, maintenance reserves the right to enter the unit to repair the emergency situation. This would only occur if absolutely necessary, and as much notice as possible would be given
