The location was amazing and the ocean view was beautiful. The room was a little small but ok for 2 people.The only issue with the condo is not having the ability to control the air conditioning. It was warm in there during May so I could only imagine how it would be in the hotter months, because the lowest setting you could go is 72 degrees.Other than that everything was perfect for a couple to enjoy.

We're glad you enjoyed the amazing location and beautiful ocean views. We're sorry to hear that the air conditioning was not performing properly during your stay. Had we been aware of the issue, we would have arranged for an inspection right away. After your departure, another guest reported a similar concern, and we promptly had an HVAC technician evaluate the system. The technician found that the AC was low on refrigerant and that the condenser coil had failed, which prevented the AC from cooling below 72 degrees. To ensure a comfortable experience for all future guests, we have since replaced the system with a brand-new air conditioning unit.

Awesome location and very clean unit with all the essentials. Can't beat the location if you want to be within walking distance of everything. It's great to be on the 3rd floor with quick access to the boardwalk and beach but separation from most of the noise (especially in the bedroom on the back side of the unit). Everything felt new in the unit itself. We'll definitely be back - this was a great stay with a perfect host!

This condo was perfect for a short getaway. My husband recently had back surgery so navigating can be slow. The condo was very easily accessible and the location mid boardwalk ideal. We were able to effortlessly get to the beach and even walked all the way to the end and back on our final day! Condo was clean, comfortable and had a stunning ocean view. The host was easy to communicate and very clear about the rules, expectations and what they provide/what we needed to bring. Bonus was the absolutely best parking spot! The pool is an added bonus but as we had no rain we really only checked it out once. If we are able to return someday I will definitely look to book here first.

This property is located on the beach. Balcony is a plus. In addition, it is very clean with modern appliances. The owner is very nice and will respond to any communications you may send. As an FYI the thermostat is preset and locked at 68 degrees for air conditioning (AC); therefore, you cannot reduce the AC temperature lower than 68 degrees. This may be problematic when the weather is 75 degrees and higher, especially during the summer months. During my stay, 2 days were in the 80s and bedroom remained warm and stuffy. However, a fan would have helped.
