We lived staying here! Quiet, peaceful, great view...the bed was pretty uncomfortable, needs a memory foam topper or some such thing, but overall, we had a thoroughly wonderful stay!

Wonderful experience!

We were able to escape our busy lives for a weekend on the Central Coast and this studio was the perfect place to stay. The studio has a lovely view of Morro Rock from the deck and we made sure to get back each evening to enjoy it. In addition, it is well equipped and very clean. The owners were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. This is a great place to stay if you want to spend time exploring. We went north to San Simeon one day and south to Pismo Beach another day. We had so much fun we are already planning our next trip!

Close to many amenities and attractions

Stayed at rental for an extended weekend in November (we were there for a wedding). During our time we visiting surrounding beaches, wine tasting in Paso Robles, and shops/dinning in SLO. The rental was very clean, had everything we needed, and owners were very welcoming. Would highly recommend!

Peaceful ocean view

Wonderful spacious studio with great kitchen. Bright, clean and comfortable. All furnishings high end and lovely. Owners friendly and attentive. Close to downtown.

What a wonderful experience and accommodations at this rental in Morro Bay. The property has a beautiful view of the "Rock" and surrounding bay. The property owners are extremely helpful making sure all is taken care of for the renters. It is very private with an entrance that is gated and well light at night. Thank you to the owners for their help in making sure everything was taken care of for us. We would definitely stay here again.

Morro Bay Gem

Ken and Janet are great hosts and their property wonderful. They keep it immaculate and are very organized and attentive. We especially liked that they encourage guests to recycle and not waste resources. We would definitely stay there again when we are back in the Morro Bay Area.

This location and property was perfect for our needs on this trip. It was very comfortable and the owners were very helpful in accommodating our needs and answering questions. I will definitely look for availability at this VRBO the next time we are in the area.

We love this town! The apartment was perfect for the 2 of us, great view. Janet and Rick rock!

We have stayed in lots of places and this one is one of the best! The price is very reasonable, the apartment is spotless, everything was ready and perfect! We feel like part of the experience in travel is to meet new people and leave with new friends! That is how we feel about these hosts. Our space was private but they were available and helpful. So if you need a wonderful getaway...Morro Bay and the surrounding areas are full of marine mammals, birds, and beaches. Give this spot a try. We will be back next year for my birthday trip. thanks

Beautiful! Great attention to detail.

Janet and Ken thought of everything. The place was beautiful, nicely decorated and newly remodeled. There was a nice view of Morro rock, a cozy gas stove and all located in a nice neighborhood.

A delightful location, a comfortable home and a spectacular view.

We enjoyed immensely our stay at this very private and beautiful home. The view was breath taking from the back porch. The early morning sunrise on Morro Rock was a delightful way to be greeted each morning with a cup of coffee. Our hosts Janet and her husband were helpful as needed but allowed us our privacy. The studio has been upgraded with all the latest amenities to promote a very pleasant stay. The location of the studio was our main reason for selecting this rental. The small little costal towns within short driving distance provided some pleasant days shopping and enjoying the fresh fish and clam chowder found in this area. Of particular pleasure was the numerous hiking trails through estuaries and beautiful costal board walks. After concluding the days activities, it was a delight to come home to such a comfortable and pleasant place to end our day. We could not have had a more enjoyabe visit and plan on staying here again. We have already recommended this beautiful place to some of our friends.

Excellent value. Very clean, excellent layout for small space. Porch is superb!

Best value of any VRBO I've found so far (sixth on this trip and they've all been very good). Outstanding small, clean, private, nice little kitchen and table with 2 stools. Ken and Janet were very helpful. Hard to leave the porch and that view, but walking trails are just down the street, as is the golf course that is in the state park. I enjoyed the walk into town but that is just about a mile. I plan on returning.

Very nice and well appointed studio cottage. Quiet neighborhood with a nice view out to Morror Rock from the deck. On site owners were super nice! Will definitely stay here again when/if in the area.

Very Quaint, private with great hosts!!!

We loved staying with Janet. She worked with us on an early check in and even accommodated us with changes to our initial reservation due to family emergency. Close to everything but far enough away to feel peaceful. Beautiful view of Morro Rock. Nice neighborhood that we enjoyed nightly walks in. Very good hosts who have really thought out what their guests would need. Plenty of blankets, linens and bathroom amenities. The only thing I'd like is a more comfortable bed and pillows. Pillows were pretty flat and a more comfortable mattress would have been nice. Would pay a bit more daily rate if I knew new mattresses were placed in unit (king size would also be a plus 🙂)
