Exceptional apartment in the prestigious building "ANCORA" located on the seafront in the picturesque Marina of Calpe and at the foot of the famous rock "Penon d'Ifach", offering spectacular sea views from the Penon d'Ifach to Benidorm.
Air conditioning installed in December 2024.
Refurbished, with elegant and modern furnishings.

We've had a great time there. Right in the middle of the buzzling harbor. Nice condo with stunning view. The parking garage was very helpful too!

Fantastic apartment and hosts

This is the perfect apartment in the best location in Calpe. Very clean, very airy, great facilities and great view from balcony. Private underground parking. Pool is wonderful and it's very easy to walk to the beaches and the port, where there's many restaurants and bars. Plus fast internet. On site concierge is extremely helpful. Highly recommended.

El apartamento está muy bien situado, frente al puerto. A la derecha playa de arena y restautantes de pescado junto a la Lonja a 3 minutos. A la izquierda cala de piedras para bucear, con chiringuito a 5 minutos. Y a las traseras paseo marítimo y playa de arena a 5 minutos. Terraza muy grande y piscina sin masificar. Apartamento en buen estado y limpio. Para 3 personas máximo, ya que el sofá cama no es muy grande. Plaza de garaje. Los dueños e Iván, la persona de contacto, muy amables. De negativo decir que pasamos muchísimo calor, al no tener aire, solo ventiladores de poca potencia y dar el sol todo el día (no pongo 4 estrellas por este motivo).

Der perfekte Wohlfühlort

Die Wohnung ist perfekt, um einen erholsamen Urlaub an der Costa Blanca zu verbringen. Sie ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet, hell und sauber, Restaurants und ein Supermarkt fußläufig erreichbar. Fitnessraum und ein Schwimmbecken, ebenso ein Tiefgaragenplatz gehören zur Wohnung dazu. Für uns das Highlight war der Balkon: Man kann ihn im Handumdrehen "verglasen", d.h. er ist dann wie ein Wintergarten. Das gab uns im April auch bei Wind oder bei kühleren Temperaturen immer die Möglichkeit "draußen" zu sitzen und die schöne Aussicht auf den Hafen zu genießen. Lars und Odile sind außergewöhnlich hilfsbereite und freundliche Vermieter! Wir danken ihnen sehr für den gelungenen Urlaub in ihrer Wohnung und kommen bestimmt wieder!!

Lovely apartment in a great location.

Lovely clean apartment in an ideal location overlooking the marina. Close to the two main beaches and all the restaurants /bars. Would certainly recommend this property.

Emplacement exceptionnel pour les yeux

Accueil formidable de Marta qui nous a très bien présenté l’appartement, nous avons passé deux très agréables semaine dans ce bel appartement très bien placé face au port sur la gauche de la terrasse, et de la mer à droite et tous les commerces et restaurants à proximité.

great apartment, great location

The Ancora apartments are great because they overlook the marina, with all the fish restaurants and bars, plus it's close to the beaches, has private underground parking and a nice pool. The block is very well maintained with permanent friendly staff, so everything is clean and looked after. We always try to stay somewhere in this block.

Zu zweit haben wir 3 Wochen diese Wunderschöne Wohnung nutzen dürfen. Hier stimmt wirklich alles und wir waren glücklich die Wohnung gebucht zu haben. superbe emplacement dans une ville superbe pour des vacances en famille l'appartement dispose de tout le nécessaire pour un séjour sans préoccupation de matériels avec un contexte et idyllique. entre le penon d'iffach et le parc naturel, les différents villages typique au alentour et les conseils de Lars et Odile(nos hôtes) pour les activités ,nous avons passé un séjour super! sans compter que la piscine et chaude et la mer a 100 mètre!!! c'est difficile d'avoir des critiques cohérentes!!! a voir absolument!!!!

Our stay in Calpe Port

The apartment was beautifully furnished, apart from the plastic table & chairs on the terrace. It would have been helpful if instructions for the use of the electrical equipment had been provided. Also, Spanish language only TV chanels should be mentioned in the apartment description. The choice of bars & restaurants in the port area was disappointing, but there are some lovely places a short walk along the beach.

Great place! Vacacióne

The apartment is perfect for a couple or a a family with 1 child, very clean, with great views of the zone of the port and peñon de Ifach. Situated very close to two main beaches, restaurants and other facilities. A big plus- the swimming pool kept very well and concierge who occupies of the order in the building who was very friendly and gave us different info about the place:) highly recommended
