Great stay!

The home was perfect for our needs with 9 people. Very relaxing on the patio! and the added breakfast foods and snacks were a nice touch! Property was clean and the outdoor court was used quite a bit by the kids. Would definitely stay again!

Tranquil home

We had a great time staying here. The home is lovely and very comfortable. The location is great, calm and serene. The outside is charming and our group loved the outdoor sports court. We had jackrabbits and deer in the yard. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

Beautiful Getaway

A gorgeous property tucked away on some beautiful land. We were provided all sorts of amenities and they really worked to make sure our group had everything we needed. It got a touch hot upstairs, but there are plenty of fans to help cool it down. Highly recommend for larger groups!

Weekend getaway

Home was clean and as advertised. Very well maintained, with all the comforts of home. The property goes above and beyond with breakfast, snacks, waters, etc. provided. Great location to lots of things to do. We will definitely stay here again if in the area.

Palmer Divide Stay

Great place and even better hosts! The house is in a quiet location and has everything you need. Sally was very accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. We enjoyed going for walks and seeing all the mule deer that live in the area. Would definitely stay here again!

Peaceful home

We had a wonderfull stay at Sally's home. Everything was perfect. We especially enjoyed the outside patio spaces which were perfect for us to just hang and connect after a busy day at USAFA. This home has everything you need to be comfortable. House is in the country but only 10 min from stores and major highways.

Great Colorado home

Great property located in an equestrian community. The house was pleasantly stocked with snacks and incidentals in case you forgot something. Family fully used the gym and sport court. Communication with the owners also great. Would for sure stay again.

Amazing

We absolutely loved our stay at Tranquil Palmer Drive! The house was perfect for my family (2 sons) and grandma! The kitchen had absolutely everything you could want, and Sally had many wonderful, snacks and treats for us which was such a benefit! the property itself is beautiful.. gorgeous skies all day, spectacular sunrises and sunsets, a million visible stars at night. The deck and back patio were lovely and we spent every meal enjoying the Colorado breeze! We had fun on the basketball court, watching a lot of football, and taking walks looking at all the local working ranches. We’ve stayed many homes and this truly ranks the highest for is comfortable furnishings, well stocked kitchen, beautiful grounds and truly spectacular hosts that make you feel like you right at home.

In Town for Lacrosse Tournament

The Property was in an equine development. It was fun for me to go for my morning walk around the neighborhood and see horses, deer, dogs, chickens and turkeys. The Home was just like going to my Aunties home. Very comfortable. Penty of space for everyone to hang out. We used the grill and deck one night for supper. We all enjoyed the backyard patio and water feature and gas fire table. Our Host Sally checked in with updates and was an excellent communicator. We played basketball on the sports court. The house stayed cool with fans even in 99 F degree heat. The host had food and toiletries for us which was so sweet since I forgot my toothbrush. I forgot Hair ties so we left some. We played sequence but could not find a cribbage board. I will always rent from Sally Wiggins. It was an easy drive to the Airforce base for the Western Shootout Lacrosse Tournament. It was perfect or our family.

A little getaway near monument

We rented for a wedding weekend and got to enjoy gorgeous views. Easy access to the town of monument. It’s near a bunch of horse farms as well which, for us, was fun to go walk and visit. Was provided with quick breakfast foods, coffee and small toiletries. Our whole party was sad to leave!

Great home for a family getaway weekend

Our family of five stayed in this lovely home during parents weekend at the Air Force Academy. It is spacious, clean and homey. It is very close to the north gate of the Academy. Sally is A gracious host. The extra touches such as bagels and cream cheese, orange juice and milk in the fridge, M&Ms and chocolate treats make it feel like home!

Lots of extras

Lovely hosts, provided breakfast and snacks and extras. My only concern was all the nick knacks and things all around. We mostly slept there, but it was a challenge for the children to have so many things to touch ( and be told not to).

Wonderful Wedding Weekend

Sally is a great communicator and wants to please her guests. Many nice touches were included. The area is quiet yet close to everything that we needed. The added bonus was seeing the wonderful deer just feet away from the house. We will definitely look forward to staying in this home away from home again.

Family vacation

Beautiful inside and out

We came for a family wedding. This was the perfect place for a bunch of family to stay together and have others over to hang out in the spacious home or on the amazing patios (the waterfall was the best!). Host is very available and helpful.

Awesome Country Hideaway

Was better than we expected. A beautiful oasis of luxury secluded in the woods just east of Monument, CO. The property owner, Sally, was always just a text message away and was very accommodating and helpful. The whole family enjoyed the outside patio with gas fire pit and tennis/basketball court. Being just a few minutes away from Monument and just a short drive from Colorado Springs, It was the perfect get-a-way. Relaxing yet close to activities. We highly recommend this for anyone wanting great accommodations at a very reasonable price and no hidden fees.

Sally and Greg Wiggins live in Monument, CO and have been married for 40 years. Sally retired from FedEx Services after 25 years where she was the Manager of Facilities. Greg recently retired but will continue to consult on fire mitigation, disease control and reforestation. We have two daughters, Angela and Amanda who live in California and three granddaughters and one grandson, Colton James, Addison Marie, Sawyer Elizabeth, and Finley Rae with one more girl on the way. We love to travel the world and meet other people. We have visited all 50 states and have traveled to over 20 countries. Sally likes to watch movies, garden, ride bikes and walk their dogs. She also loves being with her children and grandchildren. Greg just finished climbing all of the 14 thousand foot peaks in Colorado. He has climbed in Mexico, Nepal and in Africa. We go out of our way to be great hosts. Our condo in Palm Desert is also listed on other locations and we have excellent reviews. We believe that everyone should live their life to the fullest and make each day count.

We bought this 5 acres in 1986 and had three years to build on it. It was located on the Palmer Divide and we had beautiful views of the front range. My husband has planted over 500 trees and shrubs on the property so it is very secluded and private, but still gets plenty of sunshine. The property already had a well on it which was a bonus. We custom built our house in 1988 and moved in October and have been here every since,
