Heather Grace sits on a tranquil deepwater cove with a beautiful infinity pool and hot tub that overlooks Lake Norman! Open concept living leads you to a large wrap-around covered balcony with ceiling fans and a grill.

Downstairs offers a game room including a pool table, foosball and arcade game. Enjoy your favorite beverage around the custom built bar. In addition to, there is a room dedicated to pc gaming that offers multiple tv's and seating.

Take the fun outdoors to a private beach, 4 kayaks, 1 paddle board, lakefront paved patio with gazebo and fire pit, concrete boat launch, covered dock, and over 160' of shoreline.

Don't forget to add a boat rental to your stay to get the most out of your Lake Norman experience! We have partnered with a nearby marina to provide our guests with brand new tritoons - delivered right to your dock for your ease! Just ask us about boat rentals and we will arrange for one to be delivered to you!

*** All bookings will require a signed lease agreement to include a valid ID and selfie photo in order to be confirmed. Lease agreements must be signed within 7 days from booking to avoid cancellation
*** Free early check-in / late check-out applies to Friday through Sunday bookings only. Check-in Friday at 2pm and check-out Sunday at 7pm, subject to availability, excludes holidays and must contact us to confirm eligibility
*** Standard early check-in and late-check out policy is as follows: 2pm check-in and 12pm check-out with a $50 fee per request. All subject to availability and all holidays are excluded
*** No weddings or events are permitted at this property
*** Pet fee of $150 per dog - up to two dogs allowed
*** We cannot guarantee that the dock can accommodate specific types of boats. If you are bringing your own boat, please let us know so we can check the accommodations

Excellent Family House

A very enjoyable stay with whole family including infants and kids to 10 years old. Right on the lake in a quiet cove. Very much enjoyed the porch over looking the lake and the access to the water through the ramp. Will definitely want to stay again!

Great place on the water

Nice spacious house with all the amenities for entertainment. Had 1 issue with the house and southern charm had it fixed within 2 hours. Very responsive in communications and would recommend staying.

Family getaway

Property was lovely Plenty of space for our three generation family to spread out. Round kitchen table was perfect for game nights and meals together. Quiet location on the lake. Wonderful pool. Very responsive to our questions

Beautiful Views

We had a large family vacation at the property and it was a wonderful week. We used the pool, kayaks, paddle board, boat, game room and more at the house. The weather was perfect for our week. We would recommend this property to others.

Great vacay!

Spacious home and well stocked kitchen with all the amenities for fun. Game room was a huge hit with the kids. Heather Grace is in a beautiful neighborhood with just the right amount of quiet for a peaceful stay and still be able to have the fun of being happy in the water. Quick access to the open part of the lake so having jet skis from Lake Effects really made the fun! We were so happy that the house a a huge amount of pool towels. Looking forward to loving the lake again!

The house was very nice and was well stocked. We had quite a bit of trouble though with the water. The pressure was low a lot of the time. But in addition to the low pressure we lost water on main level of the house two different times and unfortunately it stayed out for a few hours each time and both times was when we were cooking and fixing meals. The maintenance crew came out two different days and did end up fixing the problem. The pool and spa were frustrating because you can’t heat both at the same time and having a larger group there that wants to do both at the same time made it difficult. Also, pictures showed cushions on the 4 chairs by the pool and there were none there and the loungers are not real comfortable without. The outdoor fire pit and chairs were nice to hang around. Like I stated the house was nice but I gave the rating 3 star due to the water pressure and the loss of water several different days.

Annual Family Gathering at Lake Norman

Overall the house is nice, however dated in several ways with several areas where the presentation of the property was inaccurate and impacted our stay. 1. Day of announcement that the previous guests checking out that day identified SEVERAL things that needed repair, also that workers may still be on site when we arrived. 2. The "sand beach" is about 10x12 area above the rip rap; with no access to the water from the sand, but only from the boat launch (not a huge problem, but al LOT harder on the feet), full of sticks and branches with no rake or way to clear it. 3. Two of the four kayaks are unusable due to holes ill-repaired (and clearly so), both sank. 4. The paddleboard had no paddle 5 shower in the master randomly looses ALL hot water, making for some cold showers 6. Pool is freezing, so is the spa which got barely to 70 degrees during our stay. 7. We had to add water to the pool, contributing even more to it being cold, but cold better than empty. 8. there is not one side table in this house. Seems trivial, but somewhere to put down a drink would be nice. Some nit-picky, yes. And we had a great time, however, these things were mentioned and impacted our stay. This house is on the high end of the rental market and did not deliver based on the expectations set in the photos and by the price.

Fabulous house and location

We vacationed with 12 people. Great, well stocked kitchen, comfortable couches with more than enough seating. Fire pit was used often with great seating! Beach was unusable though, maybe good for little kids to play in, but really steep and narrow. No cocktail or end tables, had to pull chairs from the kitchen to put my drink on. But that's just knit picking, gorgeous huge house, beautiful lake, going to look for availability for next year!

Sib Trip

There were 10 of us....we very much enjoyed Heather Grace. Lots of room for all, there were enough towels as well as beach towels. Kitchen was well stocked. Loved the pool....odd though that both pool and Spa could not be heated at the same time. We enjoyed the game room. The management was quick to respond to any issues. House is showing alittle wear but still a very beautiful property.

Very nice home - lots of amenties

Fun for entire family. Rented the pontoon and it was great. Orange kayak has hole in the back which fills with water & is not usable. Everything else was fine. Owner & boat rental contact were very responsive

Beauty Home with Fantastic views!

The house was just as described. Beautiful home! House was so well equipped with most anything you need. We loved the lake views from inside and the large upper deck area. I’m sure we will make it a return vacation Location!

Great views and good property.

We have rented many houses in the NC. This house was better than most. First, it has great views and the house is as described and shown in photos. It was nice to have a good pontoon to rent too. There were a few things wrong and Southern Charm Rentals and especially Tatiana got people out to address them very quickly. The house lacks any end tables, coffee tables and floor and table lamps. So, all you have are bright ceiling lights without dimmers. We bought 2 floor lamps and two table lamps along with 3 TV trays to make things work. We left the 2 floor lamps and and a table lamp. The garage was empty and available for our use. The furniture is in good condition and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was better equipped than most with pretty good quality stuff. We would rent it again.

Fantastic Rental

We enjoyed this rental! Several little details such as soap in the shower, starter kits, spices really made the difference. Any issue we had was resolved immediately. 10 out of 10! Only recommendation to the owners would be rear landscape lighting to enjoy the fun longer outside, the doc lights and rear house lights didn’t illuminate enough. Quick solution is solar bistro lights on the gazebo area.

Already booked again for next year!

Our group of family and friends enjoyed a multi-week stay at this fabulous property! The house is located on a quiet section of the lake, with a great area for swimming, kayaking and paddle boarding right off the back yard. There is also a larger section of the lake right nearby that is great for boating and tubing. There were plenty of things to do for people of all ages: a fully stocked gaming room, board games, legos, and a collection of books for children and adults. We enjoyed the pool and the fire pit. The home was well equipped in every sense, and the property managers were very responsive to any questions or concerns that arose during our stay. We've already booked again for next year!

Lake Norman Vacation 2021

We had a wonderful vacation. Property was just as stated on the website and was beautiful. We also rented a pontoon boat which made our vacation even better. We had a total of 19 people (10 kids under 12) and we all had room to escape if needed and there was plenty to keep all kids busy.
