Peaceful Family Getaway just minutes from Square

Situated on a quiet cul-de-sac on 3 beautifully landscaped acres east of Oxford just a 5 minute drive from Kroger and about 5 miles from the town square, this cozy 3 bedroom home sleeps 7+ (one queen BR, one double BR, one twin BR, a sun porch with twin swing bed and twin fold out futon, and a couch in the den that also folds to a bed). If you want a quiet and peaceful family or personal getaway that is still close to everything Oxford, this is the perfect place.

Guest access
You will have complete access to the entire house, fenced-in private backyard and gardens. The back acre of the property is separately fenced and has a rv camper where I will likely be staying during your visit if I’m not traveling. I’ll be easily accessible if you need something, but will be out of the way if you prefer privacy.

Lovely Stay

Really enjoyed the house. It’s on a huge wooded lot with many beautiful trees surrounding don’t it. Very peaceful and not too far from town. The sunroom is a great spot to enjoy a coffee in the morning or a drink in the evening. Stevi is great with communication too. Would definitely stay again!!

Just Perfect

I really can't tell you much about the rest of the house because I spent almost every moment I was there reading in the swinging bed on the sun porch. The house was perfect for us, and the yard was amazing. Thank you!

Great little spot back in the woods

This house was just what we were looking for. Away from the noise and traffic of Oxford, but a short ride back to the Square. Had a great time sitting in the back yard and enjoying the wildlife around us. The house had everything we needed, and Stevi was a text away in case we needed anything else!

Game Day Getaway

We had a lovely stay here! The house is immaculate, and is very welcoming. The property is very private, with a beautiful & peaceful, fenced-in back yard. My favorite room was the back sunroom - loved it! And the host, Stevi, was so accessible and accommodating.

Peaceful retreat

We absolutely loved staying here. After evacuating for a hurricane, Stevi's home was a calm and beautiful place for us and a few friends to hang out for a few days. The yard and pool were a highlight. If you're looking for a place to recharge while checking out Oxford, this place is it.

Fantastic backyard for gatherings!

This home, while a bit away from campus, was the perfect place for our visit for our son's graduation this year. We hosted a brunch between ceremonies for our friends in the covered porch/garden in the backyard. It was perfect! Everyone commented about how fantastic the sunroom, porch and yard were. If you're coming and plan to entertain, this house is perfect!

Great getaway, Beautiful home & yard

Very comfortable home. Private & beautiful yard. The owner was responsive and helpful. The fenced in backyard would be perfect for children or pets.

Oxford Homecoming weekend trip

The house was lovely. The back yard and porch area were wonderful. I loved the sunroom with the hanging swing bed. It was easy to get into town and to the university from the house. Quiet neighborhood. Home was immaculately clean, very cozy, and the master bedroom bed was very comfortable. We would stay there again. Homeowner was lovely as well.

This is a beautiful house inside and out, we didn't want to leave! It was spotless, very comfy beds with quality linens and towels. Convenient location. Would LOVE to stay here again!
