Desert Paradise - River condo in an exclusive gated community that offers a private marina, boat launch, boat slip, large river dock for easy tie up and trailer parking for all your water toys!! 2 car deep garage!! Community pool and jacuzzi to soak in with family and friends after a day of play on the river! Has views of the marina and some river views off the balconies from both bedroom and living room sides! The condo is centrally located to public beach and shopping centers, dining, Laughlin casinos and much more!!

Good stay

Location is great,heated pool and hot tub were enjoyable ,garage is very tight even for our car and the paving of all the lanes and parking areas in the middle of our time there was really inconvenient although that was not the fault of the owner. Overall a pleasant stay.

Emergency Accomodations

Great layout with comfortable beds. Balconies are too narrow for two couples. Lots of road noise. The pool was a highlight with very friendly people to socialize with.

Staying at the condo 2022

Clean place, good location to enjoy both Laughlin and the river. The pool is okay to hang around. Check-out time would be nicer if it was at 12:00pm. Other than that, the place is okay.

Great place to stay

Very nice condo. Close to everything you need. Store less then 1/2 mile away. Owner is easy to get a hold of and responds back right away.

June vacation

Great location. Place was clean and had everything we needed. Owner was responsive and very nice. I had a ladder rack on my truck so couldn’t fit in garage but the overflow parking was near by so it worked out. We had a great time.

Excellent Vacation

From the start to finish the host was very helpful! The condo itself was very nice a comfortable fit our party of 7. We will be using this as our got to for our next River vacation.

GREAT LOCATION

Our family loved our stay at Roberts place! The communication was great & the place was super clean & organized. Launching our jet ski from the marina at the location and being able to go straight into the Colorado river was a bonus for us! Definitely will be coming back soon!

Travel Nurse

I traveled to the area for work as a travel nurse. It was my first time in this area, so I was not sure exactly where to find a place that would be safe and comfortable for me. I have to say I made a great decision staying here. The home is super comfortable and I felt like I was at home the moment I walked through the door. The home has all of the amenities you could ask for. Everything worked well. The bed was so comfortable. I need a firmer mattress to sleep on and this one was perfect. The home is gated with a private garage, so I felt safe coming and going. There is a nice pool and hot tub on the property and I made full use of these while I was here. The owner was one of the nicest and most attentive people I have ever rented from. I didn't have any issues but he did check at times to make sure all was well, but he was not contacting me all the time. I fully recommend this place to anyone but especially any travel nurses as you are just minutes away from the local hospital. (And Starbucks is on the way!!) The views are great and you are central to everything the town has to offer. I am truly grateful for the owners allowing me to rent their home for the time I was here working in the area,.

Nice place to stay, close to the river and casinos

Super decorative and beautiful place to stay! It made us feel very comfortable and festive. It is close to the casinos and river and many places to eat which gave us many options.

gorgeous condo.

First impression , nice clean organized and beautiful decor. Felt very much like home but on vacation . Everything was so nice and comfortable. Nice bedding , soft and cozy sheets and , towels . The condo was on the river. launching jet ski and docking was so easy and nice ! Can’t wait to book again. The vintage slot machine was so much fun.
