It also boasts solid, rustic cherrywood cabinets with a custom backsplash. Bayshore Surprise has been designed for those who live and enjoy an active outdoor lifestyle. Outside, you'll encounter a large caged pool, two large screened porches, and a great and one-of-a-kind BBQ area equipped with a built-in gas fireplace, side and power burners, a sink, and a full-size refrigerator. With all of that, cookouts are a must here!

Bayshore Surprise is conveniently located six miles south of downtown Bradenton. As you approach this incredible neighborhood, you'll drive through a sizeable mobile park home, but wait, don't let first impressions fool you! This quiet neighborhood is every fisherman's paradise, roughly 100 yards to Sarasota Bay. Bradenton is a town where new and old collide in a fun mix anyone can appreciate. One example is the long-running De Soto Heritage Festival, which celebrates the town's Spanish-influenced past. Enjoy a scenic and family-friendly stroll at Riverwalk (downtown Bradenton), a one-and-a-half-mile path along the Manatee River featuring parks and botanical gardens, a public boat dock, an amphitheater, a fishing pier, a family-fun zone with a splash pad. The Sarasota-Bradenton Int'l Airport can be found four and a half miles southeast.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
