Poor Customer Service
I traveled there after I traveled to two other resorts/hotels in Arizona. This was the most expensive. The room was the smallest. The hotel staff were the least friendly and helpful.
We stayed thee because it was 20 minutes away from the airport and I wanted a good nights rest before flying home. I woke around 1-2am to hear a screaming match on the stairs outside my front door. It carried itself out to the parking lot on the opposite side of our room. This lasted a long time before I called the front desk to have security check on the well being of the women involved. Then it picked up again at 5am. Why they don’t have cameras and security to take care of something like that in the middle of the city, I do not know why. Regardless, I did not get the sleep I hoped for. I would Never stay there again with children.
