Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great location and amenities for a trip to enjoy the beach and high school spring training at Ripken. Property was great for 2 families.

Fantastic place

We loved the location and the outdoor pool/hot tub the facilities were clean and if not it’s because people made poor choices like throwing food over the balcony! Pool and hot tub cleaned everyday staff very nice!

Nice apartment

The apartment is nice, the building needs some love. Apartment was clean, beach was nice and the location was quiet. If you want a reasonable place to stay on the beach, I recommend. You will want to explore beyond this location to see what Myrtle beach has to offer.

Girls Trip Myrtle Beach 2023

The condo itself was great!! As described! Wonderful location. The downfall was the hot tubs and pools need a good cleaning, they are neglected, hair and debris in hot tub/spa’s.. Vacasa communicated with me promptly and addressed any issues immediately!!

Wonderful location

We were very pleased with this condo! The location is fabulous! The view is priceless and truly a dream! It was wonderful waking up to the sounds of the ocean along with the view! The condo has the bare necessities, as stated. The beds are all very comfortable. The kitchen could use a few more conveniences but nothing that hindered our stay. The facility is nice, with a good pool. Very close to many restaurants and shops! We would stay here again.

Ok.

The tv in the living room is not a smart tv, the sofa is so uncomfortable to sit on and the pull out is not able to be slept on. Don’t plan on cooking in this kitchen, it’s barely stocked with anything. The wifi is terrible, can’t even load google. The location was great, the front desk people are also great, pool was closed the last day we were there for the entire day because someone pooped in it.

Great for little kids

We selected this place because of all the amenities geared towards kids. The pools, the lazy river, the closeness to the beach. It was a great location...the only issue was while we were there, they did extensive demo on a pool. All the pools and lazy river are in the same location. The noise, the machinery, the dust, the electrical cords...it was too much. We had to spend the last 2 days of our stay at the beach. Wish we had known in advance this would be happening. Otherwise, great for kids.

Nice place!

The condo was clean and what great views!! It is nice to sit on the porch and be able to enjoy the beach. Something needs to be done with key cards. We had to get a new set of keys everyone we left the condo. Front desk said humidity, phones etc can deactivate them. We were leaving them away from phones credit cards but still hs problems.

MB half marathon

We stayed for the MB half Marathon which the condo was centrally located to the start line so that was awesome. The first night the master bath sink would not drain, We called the front desk and they sent someone within 30 minutes to temporarily fix it, which just removal of the sink plug. There were a few things in the condo that could have used minor repairs such as the guest bedroom ceiling paint peeling, and under kitchen sink needed repair. But overall, did not affect our stay. It was very clean, and a beautiful view worth a million dolllars ! Thank you for sharing your piece of paradise with us!

It was just Okay

We weren’t completely happy with this condo. I will say, the pictures show basically what it is and all the beds were very comfortable. It’s located perfectly if you need access to the convention center. Downsides…the family rooming with us left after the first night and booked at the Hilton instead. The building feels unkempt and rundown. There were cobwebs right outside our door with a big dead spider. Just seems like staff could have cleaned that. It was there on arrival and departure five days later. The inside had its issues too. A big piece of trim was hanging off the corner of wall. Bedroom furniture is outdated and carpet it dark burgundy/doesn’t match. The ceiling in the kitchenette is crumbling off above the bar/counter, the cupboard by the stove doesn’t open unless you open the fridge door. The sliding door locks don’t work and the one latch at the top doesn’t latch or takes serious effort to do so. The pool outside had several cigarette butts floating in it. Yes, it’s cosmetics…so that’s what makes it OK here. It did the job, but I wouldn’t recommend this building or stay here again.
