Furnished vacation rental in new 2000 square foot duplex, 5 mins from UVIC, Tuscany Village, and Hillside Mall. Approx 15 mins to downtown Victoria. Located on bus route.
House is located on quiet street in family neighbourhood. Fully fenced backyard with deck for BBQs. Upper floor has 3 bedrooms, ensuite bath, and full bathroom (with tub), and laundry room. Main floor has livingroom, diningroom, kitchen, and 2 piece bathroom. Downstairs has a fully self-contained 1 bedroom suite with a kitchen, and full bathroom. Brand new stainless steel appliances including a fridge with water/ice dispenser, gas convection stove, dishwasher and microwave. Vinyl plank flooring throughout. Linen and towels provided.
All dishes, pots and pans, coffee maker, kettle, and crockpot included. Linens and towe
4 bedrooms: 2 rooms upstairs have double beds, master bedroom has queen; suite has queen bed.
All utilities included: water, hydro, gas, garbage/recycling, cable and WIFI.
House will fully sanitized as per COVID-19 safety rules. No physical contact, unless outside with masks.
Min age requirement for primary person: 25.
No smoking or pets.
