Bring your Boat to this Comfy Waterfront Canal Condo just 3 blocks to beach!

With a private dock just 15' out the back door, you will wake up to fish jumping in the canal and Egrets waiting to eat the fish you catch! This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is a clean, simple escape from the grind of the city. With updated appliances and a wonderful canal water view from most of the rooms, this condo will truly make you feel like you are on vacation. The unit has 1100 square feet of space, a west facing water view for great sunsets, a private 5'x19' boat dock, a 7' x 24' sunroom just15' off the water, flat screen TV, Wi-Fi, as well as a utility room with a full sized dryer and brand new full sized washing machine.

The waterfront bedroom has a king size bed, walk-in closet, a chest of drawers, and a bathroom with a shower. The non-waterfront bedroom has a new Queen sized bed and 2 single beds (a bunk bed), and a bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

We hope you will appreciate the space, views, and location of this condo that has been our family GO-TO vacation spot for 30 years. We fish off the dock in the mornings and evenings and regularly see Manatee, Dolphin and jumping fish in the canal. It sleeps 6 people comfortably in beds. And don't worry about beach chairs and towels because we've got you covered!

And best of all, the condo is only 3 blocks to the beach or 4 blocks to restaurants and shopping. Come experience the casual island life without breaking the bank! (Sorry, no pets allowed and no smoking.)

Perfect Beach Getaway!

Perfect location on canal great spot for kayaking, beautiful sunset view on the back patio, immaculate clean interior with everything we needed to have a great vacation. Highly recommended.

Another amazing spring break!

This was our 3rd year and the owners continued to surprise with new updates. My family have enjoyed every minute of our vacations at this home spending time on the beach, fishing off the dock, and boating. Absolutely recommend! Probably not the best way to phrase because there is nothing bad about this area, but truly a “diamond in the rough”!

Great Experience!

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo. The living room and lanai were very comfortable. Nice to look out at the canal. Wish it had been a little warmer during our stay, but convenient location. About a 20 minute walk to beach access for us. Love eating at all the restaurants on the island!

Winter holiday

This place is like a diamond in the rough. The exterior looks outdated but upon entering the property, we were pleasantly surprised by all the renovations. This was the first time we stayed at a property with a dock. My boys enjoyed fishing on the dock. We have been coming to AMI for 20 years. It’s in a great location. Walking distance to many great restaurants, coffee shops and shopping. Any questions I had was quickly answered by Chris via text. My family and I will definitely book here again.

Great boat access to canal system!

We really enjoyed having access to our boat just feet away from our unit. Close to shops. Accessible nearby parking for guests was a big plus. Creative use of space for a small unit. Sunroom an added plus. Will book again!

Bring your boat

This is a convenient comfortable condo on a canal, so we brought our 22’ boat. Easy access to the open water via the short canal. The owner communicated well and worked with us to accommodate the boat. Beds were comfy and neighborhood is quiet. Quick walk to the beautiful white sand beach nearby. We definitely will rent again, if we return to Anna Maria.

Comfy Old Florida Style home

Charming and basic two bedroom home with lovely porch and patio on a lagoon. Much less expensive than many other rentals, but a good bargain for what it provides. Property manager/owner was delightful to deal with.

Clean and Comfy

We had a wonderful stay at this property over New Years 2022. The location is great - two and a half blocks to the beach, half a block to catch the free trolley, pubs and restaurants within walking distance. The beds were super comfortable and the house had everything we needed. We loved sitting out back in the mornings watching the fish jump in the canal. Had one small issue with the a/c and the owner had a repair guy out within a couple hours. Wonderful service and communication.

Thanksgiving holiday

We had a blast at Anna Maria Island. This condo was close to the beach and a short walk to shops and restaurants! We will definitely stay here again!

This has been our family's beach place for 30 years and we do all we can to keep it up to date, comfortable, and clean! Originally purchased as a retirement getaway, it was the spot where my wife and I honeymooned and became the annual vacation destination for our family where each of our four kids grew from babies to adults. It isn't fancy and it still needs some upgrades here and there, but it is comfortable, located directly on the water with a long, west facing canal view, and in a great location that is walking distance to the beach, shops, and restaurants. We believe it is sure to be appreciated by all that stay here.
