Great location!

Good location by beach.House was clean well stocked. Had a great time would rent again. Just wish the dirt mounds and construction mess wasnt there but no biggie.

Great Location

Great location and nice for a large family (9) vacation rental. We had a minor maintenance issue that was resolved very quickly. Property manager was very responsive.

Can't wait to return!!!

This property was perfect for our large family! Plenty of space for everyone & our vehicles. Conveniently located near the beach access road and stocked with everything but food & drinks. Nothing but compliments from all the family members and we can't wait to do it again.

Unfortunately, the place did not sleep 14 people. There were only enough beds for 10 people. One of us had to sleep on the floor. As we had 11 people. There were dirty sheets and towels in the entry closet and the fridge was missing the door handles. The pictures for the upstairs unit that are shown in the description are outdated. The upstairs is a bit rundown now but the downstairs is good. The location is good.

Great location!

Would’ve loved to have the pool closer/more easily accessible. The trash outside smelt HORRIBLE because I think the previous guests must have put a lot of fish in it but, I know that isn’t the property owners fault. We just moved it to the back of the house so we wouldn’t have to smell it 🙂. This house was perfect for our group. Lots of room and the host was very quick to respond. Would stay again!

Great Private location

This house was very spacious with plenty of room for the kids to run and play outside as well. We enjoyed that it was at the end of a private drive so there was literally no traffic. The downstairs is cozy and comfortably updated with 2 bedrooms and a full kitchen. Through a separate entrance upstairs is a spacious open concept home with a big loft bedroom, a downstairs queen bedroom and 2 bathrooms. It was a comfortable stay for our big group of family and friends with kids and teens. The kitchen is equipped with plenty of dishes, cookware, coffee pot, utensils, etc. The beach access road is one block away making the drive back and forth quick and easy.

Nice but needs pool

The property is a great size and has lots of space. Two main issues. 1. The description includes a pool as an amenity but it is the public city pool that’s in the other side of the island and has very limited hours. It’s only open from 1-6pm and closed on Monday. If I had known this, I would not have rented this property. We love to swim in the pool when not at the beach but the hours were very inconvenient. I don’t think that this property should even be able to include a pool as an amenity. It would be like me selling my house and listing a pool because we can use the public city pool. 2. Two of the bedrooms are completely separate in a first floor apartment. The only way to access the other bedrooms is to walk outside and up a flight of stairs. We had to separate our group into two and some stayed separated. It would have been good to know that the two spaces are completely separate. This could be a real problem if you have young kids and we’re counting on all 4 bedrooms being together. The location is great and pretty close to the beach. The property manager was Very responsive anytime I had questions.

Spacious and well stocked

Our family had a great time in this property overall, we love being together anywhere! The house was clean, inviting, and well stocked with full kitchen essentials. The decor and both living area fruniture was very nice and comfortable, although none of the beds were. The downstairs apartment was great and convenient for those who'd rather not take all the stairs. The set backs were the house next to the property was under construction and there was a ton of material all over, which felt unsafe and prevented my family from having full drive up access to the house. Unloading to arrive and leave made the trips back and forth much longer. Also, there was a lot of trash at the construction site which was over flowing on that property as well as our trash bins, so we were not able to fit our trash in the bins as they were full from someone else. A full crew pulled up to continue work on the house next door and was inches from our vehicles with a large trailer. As materials were unloaded at the site by hand and tractor, we were watching with focus in fear our cars would be damaged - thankfully they weren't. The refrigerator upstairs had no door handles, and interior door shelf was broken which caused our food to go flying out of the refrigerator and onto the floor. The top floor with the large bedroom and bathroom was HOT with poor air circulation. We cleaned the house upon leaving as expected and left the property as we found it. I'm sure once the house next door is finished, the few repairs are done, and yard work is tended to it will be a much more relaxing stay.

Great stay & location with 2 separate spaces… downstairs & upstairs!!

Been renting VRBO & Air B&B for over 20-yrs & this property was an easy transaction & great communication & quick reply’s w/ the Mgt Company. The home was an excellent layout with 2 separate spaces up & downstairs that allowed for Grandparents downstairs (2-bdrm Apt) & rotation of grandkids & extended family & a spacious/comfortable upstairs with plenty of room for complete family time & meals!! Close access to beach(walking) & waterfront restaurants & shops in golf carts).

This property was misleading.

I book with y'all alot and this property was misleading and the description was also, it says it sleeps 14 people and has pool and gym access that's 2miles away and it's a public pool and gym. The house was in terrible condition. The AC didn't work upstairs and I'm completely disappointed with my stay and my family's stay.
