Great location…ski in ski out

Everything was great. 3 min walk to the lifts, place was just like ad said. Only complaint was there wasn’t enough towels for 4 adults staying for 5 nights and the cleanliness of the condo was 3/5. Alot of dirt and grime on all the baseboards especially in the bathroom. Light bulbs were burnt out. Didn’t feel what we were charged for the cleaning fee was up to standard.

Absolute gem of a property! Location, views and a beautiful mountain to ski. Second time we've booked this property and it will not be the last! See you next winter!

Overall the location is great. The unfortunate aspect of the area not being supportive of VRBO led to us having to deal with trying to contact our host and VRBO as we were locked out of our room. The main check in area let me know my reservation was only for 2 days not 5. I attempted to show them my reservation which clearly stated 5 days. They told me it way my problem and has nothing to do with them. My daughter was unable to get into our room for over an hour and a half while I was trying to get the situation rectified. I was told I could get emergency access to the room to get all of our belongings out and then I could book a stay with the resort for the remainder of our time. This was a very frustrating and unfortunate situation. Panorama central check in finally was able to get a hold of VRBO to give us keys and access to our room. The emergency contact I was given for our stay with VRBO was rude and told me we were interfering with their cruise. I explained to them that I too was on holiday and this was their error. I was told I would be compensated but have not received anything. A very unpleasant experience.

Amazing Property & Resort

True ski in / ski out - right to the door! Amazing views of the resort. The room was awesome. Attached to the hot pools which we used almost daily to relax after skiing. Shy, our host was always in contact to ensure we had the perfect stay. I can't say enough good things about this place!

Snow upon arrival

Great location close to the lifts. Lovely view of the lower lift runs and the mountains. Host was good with communications. Panorama has grown since we were last here 12 years ago.

A great adventure!

We wanted a vacation full of activity. We had never been to Panorama before. The springs lodge was great with the pools and hot tubs. Although we went during low season, and many of the amenities were closed, we were able to find adventure nearby. White water rafting on tiny creek. Hiking cox creek trail and valley trail, biking the legacy trail in invermere and kayaking on lake Windermere.

Heart of Panorama, great stay

We found the condo as advertised with a very nice view from the top floor. The kitchen was well equipped though we didn't prepare meals there. The bed was comfortable and deck was nice though it was so cold that we did not use it other than occasionally walk out there. It was nice that we could access the 3 hot pools so easily with the entrance and changing rooms in our building. Also there was easy access to the upper village restaurants and ski lodge from our condo; and yes you can ski and out literally just outside building from the ski lockers on lower level. We would definitely stay here again when we come to Panorama.

Great location, unit itself could use some maintenance

The Springs is a perfect location for ski vacation; right on the hill and the only building with direct access to hot pools. We have stayed at the Springs many times before and the 1 bedroom units are all pretty similar. This one could use some maintenance. The hide-a -bed was broken so my son had to just sleep on the couch. There were only 4 plates and 3 cups which was annoying. The blind strings were all knotted.

Great ski in ski out

My husband and I stayed in this unit for 2 nights. Omar provided all the information we needed to easily check-in and find the unit. It has everything you need for a great vacation. And, it’s steps from the hill. Just pick-up your skis from the lockers conveniently located by the door, walk/ski over the bridge right to the heart of the village and the bottom of the lifts. Have fun!

Property well maintained. Pool was excellent. We enjoyed the area and amenities. Will book again in the future.

Fantastic location, close to all amenities

We had a great stay at this vrbo! The location is close to the ski hill and it was so nice to be able to get to the pool from the inside of the building! Omar was very accommodating and sent very detailed instructions! We had no questions in regards to checking in or out. He was also very accommodating when we asked for extra dishwasher tabs! The room itself had a very comfortable king bed. The kids stayed on the sofa bed. The only issue we had are that some things in the unit itself could use some maintenance. All in all our stay was fantastic and I would recommend this property for future stays!

Great Location, smooth experience.

Great value overall. Enjoyed our stay. Nice location with good parking setup. The only thing I could suggest improving is the lighting, it seemed to be too dark even with all lights on but was totally fine for our week long visit.

Perfect stay on the mountain

This was a great spot for a ski vacation with the family. The building is right on the hill and attached to the pools which can’t be beat for convenience. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Access cards are an issue

The access cards becoming demagnetized was an issue. Panorama needs to solve that. We got trapped a couple times.

Great Ski in Ski Out Location

We had a great stay at the condo, all the amenities were there with easy access to the hill. We definitely want to stay again for next season!

Great location!

Condo very clean, good cook ware and plates! Bathroom and shower clean and good working order could use updated coffee maker and pullout bed! Overall good bang for buck! Would have gave 5 stars if not for coffeemaker lol!

Great location and stay

We spent a couple of nights at this condo right on the ski slopes. The unit is on the top floor with some partial views on the ski slopes. Very quiet and enjoyable suite. Comfortable couch and living room chair to watch tv and to sit in front of the fire place. The unit has high speed wifi, a pvr to tape your favorite shows and you can also rent movies from your Amazon/Netflix accounts. We found the kitchen to be super equipped with any pots/bowls/tools you need to make your own five star dining. Ski lockers are conveniently located just by the exit door to the slopes. We also found the hosts to be very quick at communicating and Shy made sure we didn't need anything during our stay. Everything went smoothly! Thank you!
