Scorpions be aware

The first day there we found a scorpion outside and looked it up and found it was poisonous. I looked for other houses or hotels in the area but this late on weekend in Vegas nothing available we could get into for all of us. So, we didn't hang out as much at house as we planned and watched shoes etc. But we ended up finding more and even one inside of my 4-year-old granddaughters' swimsuit as they picked it up to put on her. This could have been horrible! They also had a 2-month-old so immediately shortened they vacation as one other of my kid's family did and left. Sad not our planed vacation! Also, strange when we got there the owner was sitting in the garage. They were dishes stacked in the sink. And the word luxurious should not be in title. This is an old house. Outlets not in great locations, no gathering place for everyone or places to sit if not nice outside.. ..which had scorpions!! Bathrooms nice, good location to get to everything but would not stay again.

Great Family Stay

Family and i truly enjoyed our stay! Lots and lots of space with bedding to include in each room! Pool was great also. Quiet neighborhood away from the hustle of the strip, but easily 15-20 minutes away from the Strip. Would definitely stay again!! Thank you to the property management for outstanding hospitality and providing a wonderful home. Your listing was true to a “T!”

Great time

This was our first time, staying at a VRBO. We had no expectations. Our stay was amazing. Blake was easy to talk to and responded immediately with all my questions. There was 18 adults and 7 kids. We had enough bed, but wish there was more bathroom, especially in the morning. There is a urinal in the garage, but for the kids and female, we had to wait on each other. Adults and kids enjoyed the pool, and games outside. We mainly ate outside, since there was not enough room in the kitchen or living room for everyone, but it was still ok, with our family. The only thing that was unusual, was, when we woke up the first day we got there, my husband and my cousin saw some chlorine tablets in the pool. It was not there the night before, and our kids stayed up fairly late, and we woke up around 6am. Other than this, we had an amazing time, and would use this place again.

Great property

We enjoyed our stay at this property. We had a hard time finding something to accommodate our large family but this place had plenty of beds and space. The property was clean and the backyard was our favorite area and the pool was a great addition. The communication with the property owner was also great. I definitely recommend staying here while in Vegas.

Great property

We had visited Vegas for a festival with a group of 15 people. Each person had their own beds and the house still had room for more. Very convenient, would rent here again

Beautiful cozy home

It is located very close to Boulder Station so it was convenient for us to go there, Sam’s Town or Arizona Charlie and also a short drive to downtown Vegas. The inside of the home is very nice and updated. Small living room but it wasn’t really used because we were mostly outside in the patio by the pool or out doing things. All the beds were very comfortable. Many towels were provided. The 2 washer 2 dryers were a plus!! The outside patio pool area was our favorite place to hang out. Questions we had were responded quickly during our stay. This really was a home away from home. My family and I enjoyed it and we thank you for opening up your home to us. Mahalo

Home away from home

The home was amazing the backyard was breathtaking with lights games and a cozy comfy sofas you can barbecue every night and just be so relax in the backyard we all had a great time. The home has everything you need from towels to dishes well-stocked, washer and dryer, ironing board, books games for the kids it really is a home away from home. The house is very clean and newly remodeled it has enough room and beds for the whole family. Ray was amazing host if I had any questions or concerns he right away contacted me back less than five minutes that’s amazing for me. It is a beautiful home and I will rented it again on my next trip to Vegas.

Welcome to our Spacious & User Friendly Home with 5 bedrooms and 2 bathroom. Newly remodeled.
We think we have thought of just about everything to make your stay comfortable. We have plenty of dishes in the kitchen for your group. Each bed has ✔bed bug protectors. We have super ✔fast Wifi so there should be no dead spots.

Once you stay with us, we want you to feel that you do not wish to stay at any other property (except one of our properties) on your next visits to Memphis. In furtherance of that objective we are developing loyalty programs which give special incentives and attention to returning guests and their friends and family members. While there can always be small mistakes and oversights at any property (no one is perfect 100% of the time), with us you know we will do everything in our power to make your stay fantastic.

We do charge by the number of guests so if you do not provide an accurate count we will be unable to properly price your stay to reflect additional laundry and consumables costs to us. Please make sure extra guests are accurately reflected in your booking so you receive the correct pricing at the time of reservation. Some areas could be restricted based on the number of guests.
