The home features an open concept layout with a newly renovated kitchen that opens to a large den, ideal for entertaining. There are three full bedrooms each with its own appointed bathrooms. The private master suite located in its own wing has a full bathroom with a jacuzzi soaking tub and a large separate shower. The house also has a formal living and dining room. A separate home office that's perfect for those who need to check in with the office!

The screened-in pool area sits in full sun (southern exposure) so vacationers can enjoy a full day of the sun by the pool. The covered lanai offers shade and ceiling fans to make eating comfortable for those who like to eat outside. The patio features a dining table, chairs, lounge chairs, and a gas BBQ for when your relaxing by the pool. The heated pool and patio can be accessed from the den and living room glass sliders, master bedroom, and the third bedroom. This allows easy access from the pool to bathrooms so you can easily shower when coming home from the beach. Beach towels and a small variety of toys are included with your stay.

The home is also ideally located within walking distance (.7) to the Esplanade which features some of the best upscale waterfront dining, live music, and shopping on the island. You can also walk to the Marco Eagle Sanctuary located around the corner to enjoy watching the Bald Eagles in their nest and walk the nature trail.
