Kihei Akahi D213 Maui Ocean View & Whales!

This is our vacation home rental property on Maui, Hawaii. This condo has plenty of space for your family, plus hotel-style amenities which include access to swimming pools. This condo has some of the best views of the sunset in Kihei. Our condo is located at Kihei Akahi, a luscious and vibrant Hawaiian vacation rental community set walking distance to Kamaole Beach Park II Kihei located only 25 minutes away from Kahului Airport.

We're super hosts on two other airbnb properties. We pride ourselves on high quality and attentiveness to the details.

This one bedroom Kihei Akahi condo has an ocean view from the balcony, living room, and kitchen.

You'll have access to many extras including air-conditioning, cable TV, WiFi, in room safe, beach towels, in unit washer/dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen.

The balcony offers spectacular views and a true taste of Maui’s relaxed island lifestyle.

You'll be within steps of the beach, the pool, and bbq area.

This unit is in close proximity to the charms and offerings of Wailea and Kihei town.

Kihei Akahi Condominiums are located on the beautiful island of Maui in the beach town of Kihei. The complex consists of two high rise concrete buildings with elevators and two wooden buildings without elevators. The grounds are landscaped with aromatic plumeria trees as well as an array of the most visually pleasing flowers on Maui. There is assigned parking as well as a number of visitor parking spots available at each building.

Kihei Akahi is located in the heart of south Maui across from Kamaole Beach 2 and walking distance to some more of the best beaches on the island. There’s world class snorkeling within just a few miles. For all the walkers out there you cannot beat a morning stroll down South Kihei road or along the miles of beaches that stretch north and south form Kihei Akahi’s location. You can watch the sunset from many locations on the property or walk across the street and observe the beauty with your toes in the sand. With some of the best restaurants serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner and the local health food store just a short walk away, you truly do not need to rent a car on shorter stays at the Kihei Akahi.

Aloha! Kihei Akahi is a very walkable location in Kihei Town with quick access to the beach, restaurants, and stores.

*Hawaii has one of the most enjoyable ecosystems on earth, and insects are a part of that system. We try to control this natural occurrence by regularly spraying for insects. The most common pests that may find their way into the Property include ants, small beetles, gnats, mosquitoes, geckos, and even cockroaches. Naturally, it is a good idea to keep the doors closed while enjoying our islands but that will not necessarily eliminate all occurrences of insects. We do not offer refunds or adjustments for pest control issues.

QUIET HOURS are from 8PM to 8AM No music or excessive noise that can be heard outside during those hours.

Notify owner of any lost, damaged, or non-working items. Lock the doors and turn off lights and fans when you leave the condo.

This is a NON SMOKING home and is permitted in outside smoking areas only. Smoking will result in automatic loss of your deposit plus additional cleaning fee.

PETS Pets are not permitted to stay in the condo. Having pets in the condo will result in automatic loss of your deposit plus additional cleaning fee.

TRASH Trash must be kept in closed containers and not allowed to accumulate. There is a green dumpster in the parking lot. Take out all trash and wash dishes upon departure.

PARKING One parking space is available for guests. I will provide the space number with all directions after the booking is confirmed. Park only in designated space. Use the key provided in the house. This will insure that you do not get locked out.

There is a $75 charge if you do lock yourself out and a key must be brought to you.

WHAT WE SUPPLY The property is equipped and set up as a fully furnished house that includes linens, blankets, pillows, towels (including beach towels), snorkel gear, beach chairs, as well as a fully equipped kitchen, TV, and outdoor furniture. A small supply of paper goods and detergent (dish and laundry) is provided to get you started.

HOUSE CLEANING Non-refundable House Cleaning Fee covers a thorough house cleaning prior to your arrival.

DAMAGES The deposit will be used to cover the cost of any damages that occur. Guest will notify owner of any damages that occur during their stay. The deposit is for security and shall be refunded provided no deductions are made due to:
i. damage to the property or furnishings;
ii.excessive dirt or other mess requiring excessive cleaning; or
iii. any other cost incurred by Homeowner due to Guest’s stay.

OCCUPANCY The maximum number of adult guests allowed is 4.

OWNERS CABINETS may not be tampered with. Any tampering of locks will result in automatic loss of deposit in addition to any repairs or losses incurred by owner.

INJURIES The owners assume no responsibility for illness or injury that may incur to people while on the premises.

LIABILITY AND DAMAGE Tenant shall indemnify and hold Owner free and harmless from any and all liability, claims, loss, damage or expenses, including attorney fees, arising by reason of any death, injury illness or property damage sustained by any person including Tenant or any agent, employee, guest or invitee of Tenant where such death, injury, illness or property damage is: a) allegedly caused by a negligent or intentional act of tenant or any guest, invitee or agent of the tenant, and/or b) allegedly caused by a negligent or intentional act of Owner or any guest, invitee, agent or employee of Owner, unless there is gross negligence by owner. Neither owner nor their agents shall be liable for any damage to personal property of the Tenant, or invitees, from theft, vandalism, fire, water, rain, acts of God, and interruptions of utilities, acts of others or any other causes whatsoever.

PROHIBITION OF ILLEGAL BEHAVIOR Tenant and all other occupants may be required to VACATE the premises and FORFEIT all rents and deposits for: Using the rental property for any illegal activity including but not limited to serving alcoholic beverages to persons under the age of 21 years of age, causing damage to premises or any neighboring property, any act which interferes with neighbor’s right to quiet enjoyment of their property.

FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payments and the party will not be permitted to check- in
