Private enterace 1 Bedroom 1 Bathroom with private outdoor patio area. This place is conveniently located with walking distance to the Beach, Grocery shopping and Lauderdale-By-the-Sea amazing restaurants and nightlife.
The bedroom has a queen bed and the livingroom has a sleeping sofa that folds out to a twin bed. There is extra blowup matress in the house!
This unit is a part of a duplex.
The laundry room is shared with the other unit in the building.
If Unit #1 is not occupied, the pool area can be rented for an extra $80/day.
Let us know if you need a packnplay and highchair for your child.

Could be better

The kitchen could have been cleaner and better plates and glasses. The backyard was not useable with the air conditioning unit the lack of grass and the smell from the l p tanks.Overall it was a great location and beautiful neighborhood. Really liked walking the dog feeling safe and meeting fellow walkers.

Great Location, But Missing Details

While the description was accurate in a basic sense, it lacked important specifics that would have set clear expectations. Two examples, among others:1 - Listing said it could sleep four, but only had 1 queen bed, 1 single pullout, and a couch. We took 'sleeps four' to mean it would have actual beds.2 - The listing said it would have 'spices' but there was only salt. Technically accurate, but slightly misleadingVery bare bones place. Great location.

Excellent location, nice place.

Loved the access to beach, village and shopping. Nice quieter part of LBTS. Nice 1BR apt, but a bit light on basic amenities.

Immediate response from the property manager. Easy walk to the beach and shopping. Quiet area and spacious unit. A great week.

A Great Neighborhood

The property is exactly as shown in the pictures. Disappointed outside music is not allowed. Would have loved to play low volume music when having drinks. Very short walk to the beach. Bedroom furniture and futon recently updated. Living room cushions were a little too soft. To really improve the property the kitchen would need to be updated. Hopefully that happens in the near future. We would definitely stay again!

Great neighborhood

3 adults, one baby for 2 weeks. Reasonable rates. Pros: nice quiet neighborhood, walk to beach, stores, restaurants, private backyard, spacious home, good appliances in kitchen, very nice updated bathroom with handheld shower hose. Laundry room was good. Queen bed in bedroom, large closet. Cons: furnace/AC unit in living room was very loud (needs to be sound insulated). Had to wear ear plugs at night. Pullout single sofa bed in living room needs a better mattress. Had to buy a mattress pad to make it more comfortable. Kitchen needs microwave safe plates. The plastic ones provided can’t go in the microwave. Only one mug provided. No pizza cutter, no vegetable peeler (I bought one). No beach umbrella (I bought one). High chair provided was missing a tray.
