Great location, great host

Host was great with communication before after and during trip. The construction is still on the road but other than a bumpy ride for a block it didn't make a difference. Location was close to everything we wanted to do - museum, zoo, downtown. Patio was a nice spot for a quiet morning and my little one liked having a little place to play outside. Place was clean, beds were comfy, and we had no worries about safety traveling with our children. Publix and Winn Dixie are both only .3 miles away so SUPER convenient! We had a great time!

Quick stay before cruise

Great location, close to airport, Loan Depot Park, cruise port, and South Beach. A little ongoing road construction on the street it is located at, but only a slight inconvenience.

I was having surgery at CG Cosmetics and staying here was very close and convenient to the clinic.

Clean and comfortable

The house was very clean and comfortable. There were a few minor issues like no hot water in the shower. Kitchen faucet broken and the neighbors were loud. Also, the pictures online need to be updated. The patio is overgrown. The pool did not look like any of the pictures. Not that we were there to use that, but if somebody is looking for that, those pictures need to be updated or the property needs to be cleaned up.

Logement beaucoup trop cher pour ce qu'il est

Le propriétaire est sympathique mais la maison est loin d'être aussi bien qu'elle le parait dans l'annonce.Nous avons passé 3 nuits dans cette maison (qui peut accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes). Nous étions 5 la première et 4 les deux suivantes. Mais la maison n'est pas du tout équipée pour 5 personnes, ni pour 4 d'ailleurs.La première nuit, l'un d'entre nous devait dormir dans le canapé-lit mais celui-ci était cassé, impossible de le déplier. Il n'y avait pas de draps ni de serviette de bain prévus pour lui.La table à manger est grande mais il n'y a que 3 chaises. Il manque de la vaisselle (seulement 1 cuillère et 2 verres !). Le ménage a été fait mais avec rapidité : saletés dans le four, dans les tiroirs, derrière les meubles, sous les lits… Le mobilier de jardin était tout tâché et plein de poils de chien, impossible de s'installer dehors. Il serait aussi bon de tailler un peu la végétation envahissante.Le robinet de la cuisine était cassé. En plus des problèmes du canapé-lit, un autre lit n'était pas très stable.La paroi de la douche n'est pas large du tout. La salle de bain se retrouvait donc inondée à chaque douche.Le logement est partagé en 2 et la piscine est commune, présente à l'arrière du 2e logement. Elle n'est pas dans le jardin du logement comme le laisse penser l'annonce.Pour être honnête, nous louons régulièrement des maisons et celle-ci était l'une des pires en termes de rapport qualité/prix. Nous ne comprenons pas du tout les précédents avis !

If "catfish" was a rental property

We arrived early, while the house cleaner was still there. She was very sweet & was hustling to get things in order. BUT Online pics are very DECEPTIVE. It's unbelievable that anyone would give this place 5 stars? Property/location is low class ghetto. Home felt unsafe & unsanitary. Cheap everything - decor, furniture, fixtures, amenities. While our initial contact with Carlos Jr was positive, the property itself was very different from the pictures online. Run down and neglected home, used products in the bathroom & kitchen, stained sheets, lumpy beds & a dirty towel from a previous renter hanging on the bedroom door. The yard was overgrown and neglected. We weren't able to utilize the deck or pool due to poor quality, yard debris, overgrown weeds and algae/debris in the pool. The back patio has an outlet that's falling out and held together with electrical tape..Inside, there are holes in the bedroom wall, obvious patchwork throughout the home. Only half of a glass shower door, The kitchen faucet was broken, inside of the oven was dirty & a dirty rag was shoved in a drawer. The neighbors were screaming, their dog wouldn't stop barking, and there are roosters crowing all around. The road the home is on is under construction so not walkable. We left after 1 night and requested a refund for the 2nd night but the host waited until the"request refund" window closed to reply... I'd love to post my pictures of the place so people can see what they are actually getting.

Greatest little getaway!

Carlos is an amazing host. I asked him if they had a greater and he said if they didn't have one he would make sure that there was one there and he did!! Great location, safe neighborhood and the pool was such a bonus to have to be able to spend time with family. I really appreciate everything Carlos. Your spot is amazing ❤️

The property was clean and nicely located (about 10 minutes driving to Vizcaya house, 10-15 minutes to Wynwood neighborhood, 20 or 25 minutes to Miami Beach, 40 minutes to the Everglades). The host Carlos was very responsive and nice. Parking was easy in front of the house.

Overall it was a nice place.

Thought by the pictures this was a single unit with pool. It is actually 2 units with the pool in the back of the second unit.

Great location with a lot of shopping and restaurant options a short drive away. MetroRail station was also a short drive away. We stayed here for ultra music festival and we would definitely recommend!

Not too bad

The stay was alright, plenty of space and parking. Neighbors were a little loud, and their dog wouldnt stop barking. Also wanted to go swimming but the pool was pretty dirty, algae or some seaweed on the bottom, leaves covering some of the top, so didnt swim. Overall not too bad

Couldn’t ask for more

My husband and I had a wonderful stay with Carlos. We had no trouble with communication leading up to our stay, as Carlos was VERY responsive! Gaining access to the property was easy and flawless, and it was very comfortable and inviting. The area felt safe and we were close enough to shops and restaurants to walk. Property is a short ride from MIA and the Miami Cruise Port. While we did not get a chance to enjoy the pool, it was clean and inviting. For us, we felt like the weather wasn’t quite optimal, but there were even pool towels in the room, in case we decided to take a dip! We did spend a nice evening on the gated deck and enjoyed some wine. It was quiet, and enjoyable. Overall, our experience was a 10/10 and we definitely recommend this property if you’re looking for a nice stay for 1-5 people. There is plenty of room and really is nice. Thank you for opening your home to us, Carlos. Our stay was wonderful!

Simple little place close to everything

Needed to stay by the port. This fit what we needed. There are no frills here. It is a duplex. The neighbors were the only part that affected our visit. Otherwise a nice stay. The pool we had completely to ourselves and the beds were super comfortable.

Die Matratzen waren gut und die FeWo war solide ausgestattet. Leider schaffte die Klima-/Heinzungsanlage nicht die gewünschte warme Temparatur.
